Jamaica Blue Harbour Town — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Really not good guys. When your customers are all sitting at their tables either angry or laughing (dependant upon customers nature) you need to reassess your business. I was fine when warned of the 30 minute wait although it didn't seem busy enough to justify, I like your coffee so accepted that. Coffee was alright, although only warm it's just that there were two of us and the waitress only brought one, we did let her know we were waiting on a second and two meals. 10 minutes later, I had to go in and request her coffee it was delivered with no eye contact or apology. Then my meal came, I expect the extra Bacon given was to try and hide the normal toast rather than the Turkish bread. Again I accepted that, although speaking of it is a touch more grown up. Now when my meal was delivered I did remind the waitress of my friends meal. Again about 10 minutes later we had to request it then watched the other waitress go on to order it.. Yes it was important you got that meal to us quickly but serving it up in the state you did was utterly ridiculous again not only was it thrown together no eye contact or apology was forthcoming. Her meal was rubbish, mine was alright. She was angry, I was laughing. I've never written a review before and it's a bummer that the first one I write...

Ordered 2 coffees. Double shot Picollo latte and almond latte.

Piccolo latte: Coffee was good and was a good temp. Bean not very strong or forgot the second shot.

Almond latte: Coffee was good but same as double piccolo not very strong and tasted almost like the almond milk was watery. My partner also said the size was massive as she ordered the medium and as pictured it was very large.

The establishment was really well fitted out. Modern and clean. Heaps of seating areas. Usb charging ports and power points for guests. Free magazines to read and daily paper.

The outside area is really good. Heaps of seating and lounge areas in shade and sun all under cover.

It is located in Harbourtown cross from jb hifi. Heaps of parking inc. Disability parking.

Nice spot for a meeting or a quick coffee stop. Overall not great but not bad.
