Attention anyone who goes to this restaurant.
We ordered a few dishes with my family and I, they brought out the wrong food and the manager placed it on our table, we emphasized that fact we did not order the dish - he reluctantly kept saying it is what i ordered when in-fact all 5 of us at the table knew what we ordered and so he was arguing with us for 2 minutes trying to tell us to just take it. Assuming he goes back to the kitchen - he tells the kitchen in Chinese "these guys just changed there mind about the dish and blames it on us". We were furious about this issue because deep down my family and I knew what we ordered and it wasn't that! Blood boiling how someone can be so irresponsible for there own mistakes!
So.. we decided to give it another chance and came back for the 2nd time for my cousins birthday, mind you we ordered $250+ worth of food the first time and this second time. The manager brought out a dish "wagyu wasabi fillet" which has completely gone BAD, it was rotten meat, all of us had chewed the meat and spat it back out on the table, it was completely inedible and rotten. SO we called the manager over and told him the meat has gone bad, the dish was still full. He came over and told us, no that is the sauce's flavor and it is suppose to be like that, we told him "no, we ordered the exact same dish the first time we came here and we knew what it tasted like" he said no can't do anything about it and the meat is suppose to be like that and argued with us for 4-5 minutes.
This got us so furious and he kept arguing with us saying he is right and we are wrong. The owner eventually said it is okay we will replace it with another dish.
Keep in mind this fella will smile to your face when you arrive and leave but during the meal he will give you the utmost attitude if things don't go his way. Its unfortunate i truly enjoyed the restaurant, although this manager - i will never refer anyone or attend this restaurant again in my entire life.
Please ladies and gentlemen stand up for yourself if you meet this fella, he will try to argue with you if you have a genuine complaint or misunderstanding and he will be in denial of his mistakes and stuff-ups.

The problem wasn't the food, the service was maybe the worst we havve experienced and probably eating their food at home is the way to go. Basically were ignored then stated we preferred our starter before the main when served, whilst eating the starter we watched our main sit on the counter for 20 mins whilst the staff uncomfortably observed our progress so as to rush the then luke warm food to us. When we decided we had had enough it took 10 mins to get the attention of a waitress to get the bill and I really was not impressed with her attitude which said nothing about the restaurants appreciation of our decision to spend Saturday night with them. Usually not one to pass comment and would just not return but I wish I had read this review before deciding to visit. Customer service would need a Massive improvement before wanting to re visit...

My son wasn't though, but he only had the dumplings. I don't understand because everything tasted so fresh and amazing but we are really disappointed. Unfortunatly won't be returning now. Superior!!! Finally found somewhere who makes traditional Cantonese dishes, how they should be. Haven't found Chinese this good since I was a kid. Placed and online pick up order, it was ready and hot when I arrived and the staff were lovely. Sweet and sour pork servings were massive, even my husband couldn't finish it.
