EDIT PANINIS are back yummo I love these they are fresh & delicious 🤤 tried the new updated version today happy they are back on the menu, the new bread was different from the last version but I’m told this bread is made fresh in house, happy with my lunch thank you guys at MOI 🇮🇹🤤 hectic husband just bought home panini’s for lunch, so good forgot to take betters pics😛 We had the mushroom vegetarian one which was absolutely bang on it was my favourite and it’s warm our second choice was the salami suppressor Panini with peppers and rocket and oh my God so delicious. We will definitely be back again for more and everyone needs to try this at least once lunchtime only for $12 each they were absolutely bang on so happy 😁 to eat something that is authentically Italian for once. Super fresh and Cleaning ingredients. Panini bread was super fresh I will add better photos next time, but they were just so good didn’t get time for pics 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ no longer available so review edited now 2 ⭐️ ⭐️

I didn’t take any photos of our food. We ordered a bambino Chicken schnitzel (coletta I believe it was called on the menu) Carbonara Tagliatelle chilli prawn We got these items takeaway The pastas were so bland. There was no sauce in either of the dishes. They were both so dry. The mussels smelt and tasted off in the tagliatelle and the bacon was cheap bacon that wasn’t even cooked properly through. For such simple dishes they were actually terrible. I’m all for small business but small businesses can still add flavour to their dishes. I didn’t take pictures of the food. So I’ve screen shotted my purchase so you can tell this is a legit review.

I recently dined at this lovely Italian restaurant and had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The shrimp pasta was a standout—perfectly cooked al dente pasta with juicy, flavorful shrimp in a light but rich sauce. The Margherita pizza was simple yet perfect, with a crispy thin crust, fresh tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil. To balance the meal, we also ordered the Rucola (arugula) salad, which was fresh and lightly dressed with a tangy balsamic glaze, Parmesan shavings, and cherry tomatoes—a great complement to the richer dishes.

A warmly presented and inviting restaurant. Stylish and very comfortable surroundings without being pretentious. The presentation of the store, the timeliness, quality and taste of food and drinks is impressive, especially their wood fired pizzas, delicious!.

The standout though is a staff member named Taylor. Taylor’s first impression greatly influenced me being a returning customer. She is down to earth, polite, respectful, warm natured and has a great sense of humour. Taylor takes the time to give customers an actual experience. Reassuring to see a staff member that genuinely cares about people and not just the pay cheque.

In my visits, Taylor has been positive, calm and efficient, despite multitasking various challenges. Taylor was friendly and attentive, taking the time to ask clarifying questions and repeat preferences to get what I wanted and any customisations exactly right every time I visit. It was not a hassle and she was genuinely accommodating. Customer service like this should exist everywhere but especially in high end areas like Hope Island where the price point should be relative to quality.

Taylor is a rare find and it is evident in the way other staff lean to her and interact with her that her experience, skills and personal characteristics are respected and serve as role modelling behaviour for Teamwork and professionalism. I have witnessed her treat everyone with respect, thoughtfulness and care, from staff to customers to random people walking outside. I am thankful for people like Taylor who make a memorable and positive world of difference to someone's day. Thank...

Group of us 7 came here for dinner for our Christmas get together. Picked a table outside because thought it would be noisy inside. The young girl as waitress was lovely and went out of her way for us.It took a while to order our food and we also ordered garlic bread for the table. Out came 4 slices when there was 7 of us. We then told (think owner) we needed more bread. That got ignored till we told the girl, she then brought more out. The food came in drips and drabs, being only warm to begin with. We then asked for parmesan cheese and pepper. You would think we had asked for gold...out came small tiny bowl to share of parmesan cheese and an old battered pepper mill. We then said we all wanted parmesan cheese. The owner needs to WAKE UP, get a personality and be friendly to his customers, has NO IDEA at all. Should be going around to customers asking how their meal is etc etc.The food itself was delicious but not hot enough. When it came time to pay, we were ASTOUNDED that there was a fee of 10$ per bottle of corkage fee....ARE YOU SERIOUS !!! As we all had our own wine but 1 didnt drink that was 60$ fee!!!! I feel this should be stopped or change it to non BYO restaurant. Needs to pick up the game or it will be another statistic restaurant closing down. We normally go to Iseco at Sancuary Cove for Christmas get together but decide to give a small buisness a go... Sorry wont be back. Wake up before...

Italian restaurants usually specialize in the cuisine of a specific region of Italy. The chef or owners are often from that region(an Indian cook not a chef)and their recipes are adaptations of dishes typically served there. They probably won't be serving spaghetti and meatballs or fettuccini Alfredo either. The food was totally bogus for its taste plus quality and service was amateur which is against Italian standards.

Fake Italian restaurant because the signage claims the food served is “authentic Italian”. Unfortunately, too many times the dishes on the menu are just poor imitations and pure crimes against the Italian cuisine! Such as this restaurant . A total fugase , a fake Wanna be . The owner is a total fraud. Please save your money for the real Italian food . This restaurant is called “ mad over Italian but in reality it’s actually “Mad over Indian”. I rest my case .

Btw I do have two dine in receipts to prove my visits and as well as bank statements. Would you like for me to share? I don’t have any personal agenda with you , neither know you from a hole in the wall nor any craving for defaming you but to state...
