09.09.19 - 2:23pm - Ormeau Qld 4208 Placed an order through the âmymaccaâsâ app. Arrived at the drive thru speaker and gave the attendant the code for my order. I was told it would be a 7 minute wait for 2x apple pies, I asked for the apple pies to be refunded and proceed with the rest of my order. I was then told that my payment had been declined. The attendant called for the âmanagerâ Ashley who clearly has had no training and/or experience as a manger in his life. He accused me of trying to steal. I showed him my proof of purchase in my bank account and on the âmymaccaâsâ app. He became argumentative and maintained that I was trying to commit theft or fraud. He asked me to leave the drive thru and park so heâd be able to serve other customers, whilst he âfigured it outâ I refused and told him Iâve paid for my order and I wonât move until Iâve either received my order or a refund for my order. Iâm not sure if Ashley is mentally unwell or if he just believes itâs acceptable behaviour to accuse me of something I havenât done because he is experiencing a technical fault with his machine, either way, he was incredibly arrogant and disrespectful towards me for absolutely no reason. He told me the machine still says âpayment is declined, drive to the next window, take your food and leaveâ. At the following window, I again had to ask for the refund for the 2x apple pies I had not received, again Ashley told me to leave which I of course refused to do until I received the refund for the food I had paid for but hadnât received. Ashley obviously has difficulty counting because 2x apple pies @ $1.50 each is $3 but Ashley gave me $4.80. By far, the worst person Iâve ever encountered. He should not be in a management position, especially when he kept walking off when I was in the middle of a sentence leaving the extremely young employees to attempt to resolve the issue on their own. Ashley was clearly flustered and appeared to be having a mental break down. I hope McDonalds assist him with the mental health support he is obviously in desperate need of...
Read moreI have had so many bad encounters with this maccas but tonight was the worst one yet. I asked for the simplest order (medium 6pc nugget meal) and they couldnât even get that right at the register the lady said she couldnât fix the order and was very rude she then had to grab her manager who was also incredibly rude he refused to fix the order and wasted 6 minutes of my night having to go back through the drive through for my SIMPLE order. Another encounter Iâve had here is at 9:30pm at night so obviously it was not very busy at all there was probably 1 or 2 other cars there and when we pulled up to pick up our order they said we would have to wait for our 2 small cokes we waited.. and waited and waited for about 15 minutes and then my dad went in there and respectfully asked the worker âyo whereâs my drinksâ she then replied very rudely âsir donât be rude to me or Iâll get my managerâ we then waited another 10 minutes for 2 small cokes, absolutely pathetic. Another encounter was when I first moved here I cannot remember what I got but I can imagine it was probably very simple and so I got my order and went home when I got home the entire order was wrong, as the fussy eater I am I didnât like any of the food I called them and asked for a refund and they said no because I had already opened the order. I hate this maccas so much the service is horrible and Iâve been food poisoned by them once. Do not go to this maccas because I can guarantee you will not...
Read moreMe and my family walked in there. Every single table was filled with food and unclean have not been wiped over, we proceeded to order our food and asked if they could wipe a table over for us. They completely ignored it and We also got table service, but they called out a number instead so we didnât know it was ours. Our chips were cold and our burgers werenât right then, as we were eating, we saw the manager, put his hands down his pants and then take them out and touch the food we were disgusted, so we made a deal about it, and he went out and changed his gloves Then there was thousands of flies across the McDonaldâs then, as we left, we checked all change and the cashier gave us the wrong amount of money back. We were owed $54 and we were only given 40. so we went back in. He told us to wait 15 minutes and I said okay And told him to check the cameras because he didnât and accused us of lying when if they check the cameras there would be proof then he gave us a $10 as he knew we werenât leaving because weâre not gonna get ripped off after this terrible experience then he proceeded to tell us to Pay more attention to our cash when we should be able to trust the workers and they should be trained and know how much money they should be given to there clients especially when they get told on the cashier, how much weâre owed. ...
