I visited the tugan McDonald's tugan for breakfast asked for a vanilla latta they served me a cup off something that dffinaly wasn't a vanilla latta I had a small drink took it back asked them if they could taste it would they drink it I got a very rude ebruo Pt answer back from the supervisor she took the cup around the coffee part sat it on the counter did not remake or touch it then few minutes later the supervisor with a smart arse attitude returned to my table handed me the same cup back I took another small sip and it was absolutely discussing so before I left I accidentally dropped it off the table it accidentally fell out off my hand would never use this rude discussing attitude from a supervisor that should be setting a good example to the younger guys under ger she was a sarcastic rude arrogant young lady that definitely will be reported for her rudness and pour quality 9f service we spend our money in these restaurants and as a paying customer I have the right to be served with curtisy and respect I exspected a more maturity from a senior advisor ide never spend or ever use this McDonald's restrant again the bins are always over flowing rubbish spilling out of there garbage bins the food scraps and rubbish on all the tables and food scraps on tables floor I give this restrant about a 5 thumbs down very disappointing and the health inspector needs to have a visit if the dinning area and toilets are in this state and the very very poor customer service we could only examine the state of there kitchen and storage areas ile never ever eat from this place again ...
Read moreI live local and frequent this place purely for convenience but why call yourself 24 hours? I’m not one to leave a review and it takes a lot for me to bother, however I’ve been told tonight for the fourth separate occasion that I am unable to be served due to a “system update”. I work with a colleague who used to work at McDonald’s who explains it is their daily bank reconciliation which takes no more than 10mins. However, each time I have waited an hour and come back and told I still cannot be served. Same story tonight, I came back after waiting an hour and was told that I’m still unable to be served. I would hate to be the franchisee owner having business turned away for 2hrs+ a day. Tonight the excuse was “I’ve been on the phone to help desk for over an hour”. It’s not good enough and seems like nobody can be bothered after midnight when there’s no manager around… there is no point calling yourself 24 hours when you can’t be served for a two hour plus period a day. And this is not just a one off, seriously FOUR separate occasions. Even during the day, there always seems to always be an issue - I have had my orders given away to wrong person, I have received other people’s orders and multiple, multiple times had items forgotten or been incorrect. Read moreIf I could give them zero stars I would. I have worked in hospitality for 6 years so I understand that mistakes happen but the food we received was actually ridiculous! There was nobody else in the drive through at the time we went through and the staff just looked like they were waiting around for something to do. We ordered a large Big Mac meal with no pickles on the Big Mac and received just the two burger patties and a lil bit of sauce THERE WAS NO BUN! Literally just the patties in a burger box. We also ordered the 24 pack of half spicy half regular nuggets and received all spicy nuggets. The fries were all cold, chewy, tasteless and had no salt. And just to top it all off the girl taking out order sounded bored outta her mind with no manners and no sense of customer service (doesn’t bother me too much but she could have at least looked in our direction rather then just shoving the eftpos machine in my face before slamming the window shut without a word) We waited for 20 minutes while they were dead quiet and received absolute garbage.
