Noodle Box Miami — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

I rarely rate anywhere 1 star. However as a huge Noodle Box fan, I haven't been this dissapointed in an experience with eating at Noodle Box (Miami). We arrived at 8:30pm to what looked like a closed, dull and uninviting restaurant. Then barely greeted by the (in my amazement) store manager. Hands on her hips and generally poor customer service, for 1 being a franchise restaurant and 2 being the store manager who is supposed to lead by example. My friends fried rice and 9 piece fried chicken was more like old musty tasting white rice and old fried chicken, aswell they had run out of mayonnaise and when politely asking they yelled saying there isnt any couldnt give an explanation why. Secondly my meal had pieces of chicken that were obviously recooked or perhaps been cooked and left in the fridge for a day or two. When leaving the restaraunt there was no thankyou it was almost as if they were rushing us out the doors as quickly as possibly. I really dislike giving bad reviews but Noodle Box Miami made a mess of it tonight. I ordered from Menu log and the dim sims were missing, no big deal because mistakes happen, I called the store 4 times with no answer, so I then reluctantly drove to the store to pick them up, when I went in two young girls were cleaning with no gloves, the store was dead so not much happening, one girl had a dirty dustpan in her hand, she served me then walked down to the end of her isle and picked up a random box with only one dim sim, who knows how long it was sitting there, she shook it around in the box then went to the fridge and picked up a dim sim with her bare hands, this is after using a dirty dustpan, I simply said no way and walked out. This is putrid, the cook was right there, pretty sure this is how businesses go bust. I will never order...

I hadn't been to this Noodle Box at Miami for a long time. It used to be really good, but our last visit will be our last! I wish I'd read the reviews before going. The food was really tasteless, hardly any sauce, and just bleurgh. After spending over $50, I was really unimpressed. The following week, we went to the Noodle Box at Robina. Go there!
