I came to Caffeinated Kings with high expectations, was told it was great and read reviews that raved. I’m not sure if it was the day, but I came Wednesday 12th of July at 10am- was not greeted, staff service was okay, but the atmosphere- there was none, one song played then the whole shop was quite and we felt awkward. I got the Benedict for $20 was a small portion however was so very salty. $5 for a small piece of haloumi- I understand inflation but it was ridiculous. My friend got the açai and she said it was okay. The best thing was the coffee, it was really good. One of the best I have tried on the coast, however waiting 20 minutes and eating most of our food before the drinks came out. Coming from someone who manages a busy cafe in Robina I was disappointed in the food and lack of service.

Best waffles on the Gold Coast. Worth the wait. Tonnes of aircon. Friendly staff.

I ordered the medium flat white (which contains two shots) 3/4 full. The coffee was incredibly smooth with a perfect microfoam. Perfect for someone who likes the strength of a piccolo but wants their drink to last longer: It cost me only $5, which is a great price for the area. I was also greeted immediately upon entering the cafe by a smiling employee. I’ve been visiting the Gold Coast for two months, getting coffee every day at different places, and this was one of the best coffees I’ve had thus far. Thanks Caffeine Kings!

I just recently had my 30th birthday party at Caffeine Kings. And it was fantastic. What made me choose the venue initially was knowing that it was a completely private function space, with no other members of the public within the vicinity. Another reason was the cost was by far the cheapest on the coast! No venue hire, just minimum spend. I also liked that they didn’t force you to order food upfront (prior to the event) as I was reluctant to do so. Purely because I didn’t want my money going to waste if the food wasn’t eaten. They gave us the option for anyone to order food spontaneously on the night up until 8pm. This was probably the biggest selling point for me for booking the venue as I didn’t have to worry about finalising exact numbers & dietary requirements. And as there was a lot of last minute ‘no shows’ , if I had to pay ‘per head’ for food, it would have been very frustrating.

As for the actual party, the staff were so laid back & cruisy yet super accomodating. It felt as if they were our friends. Which made the night so much more enjoyable.

I’m not much of a ‘shot’ person, but the shots they had were delicious & I drank them all night.

My only recommendation, is if you or your group of friends are wine drinkers, just let them know prior as they only had a small selection of wine. But I am sure if given the heads up, they would certainly accommodate for this.

There was a big dance floor and plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. We had approximately 35 people there but it would comfortably accomodate for double that amount, if not more. It is more spacious then it looks in the photos.

Would highly recommend & I would definitely book there again for any...

5 Stars – My Morning Ritual at Caffeine Kings

Walking into Caffeine Kings each morning is like being greeted by friends—always a warm welcome and friendly hellos that set a positive tone for the day. Their cappuccinos are strong and smooth, with a unique touch: a little piece of chocolate perched on top that makes it feel like I’m treating myself, even on the busiest mornings.

The atmosphere is effortlessly chilled, and while prices are very reasonable, the quality of the food is where they really shine—every dish I’ve had is consistently delicious and satisfying.

Occasionally I hit the morning rush if I’m running late, but the team never misses a beat. They move quickly while still delivering their trademark hospitality with a smile. Caffeine Kings has become a comforting part of my daily routine, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Fabio & I love coming here and hope others can support the locals too now that the tramline is being put in there is limited parking along the highway and I hope it won't be quite because of it.

You won't regret it once you...
