Something has gone wrong with flavour here. We go here once or twice a year. This year the Mongolian beef was bland and tasteless and they have lost the ‘flavour’ in the salt and pepper calamari and the salt and pepper tofu - when tofu dish came out just a plate of yellow tofu and yellow dried noodle, after eating the salty but not peppery calamari earlier i let the staff know there was no pepper with tofu dish so they took it away and brought it back with the green onion, garlic and pepper we r used to - so why are they now serving them without? Is it to do with price increase? The meal came to $112 and there was no offer of any apology or redemption based on my feedback.

Read moreWe stumbled upon Miami Rice Chinese Restaurant and were so blown away that we got takeout two nights in a row! This place delivers on every level—fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and generous portions.
The first night, we tried the chicken and cashew, which was perfect and coated in a sauce that had just the right balance. The vegetables and Broccoli was tender and packed with umami. We couldn’t resist going back for round two the next night, and the consistency was just as impressive.
What really sets Miami Rice apart is the quality. You can tell they use fresh ingredients, and nothing tastes overly oily or artificial. The service was also great—friendly staff and quick turnaround for takeout.
If you're looking for top-notch Chinese food in Miami, this spot is a must-try....
