Tuesday night all you can eat Pizza and Pasta - I usually sit inside the restaurant when I eat here and the general menu meals have always been nice. Tonight I sat outside where my seat overlooked the kitchen and it was a real eye opener for me as I witnessed habits from the staff that made my mind up never to eat at this restaurant again. I seen a tall blonde girl who wore her hair in a ponytail plait who scratched her nose, ear and hair and continued to work without washing her hands, I seen no gloves been worn and I seen the blonde girl picking up cooked pasta with her bare hands and placing it into several take away container's. Would someone please tell her how unhygienic this is especially mixing the bacteria from under her finger nails into innocent people's food. There is one lovely lady who works doing pizzas and she is very nice and doesn't stare at you everytime you look up like the other staff members do.
The quality of pasta especially was like it was slapped up and still cold and when I seen the blonde girl grab a handful of parmesan cheese with her bare hands and throw it on the pasta I was disgusted and turned off eating the meal as she had just scratched her nose, ear and hair, she made eye contact with me several times and noticed that I seen it all and as she performed tasks would glance over to see if I was watching. I also noticed other staff members coughing on their hand and continue to work. I will never eat at this restaurant again, I would much prefer to drive somewhere further for a meal where good hygiene habits are carried out. This would be a great restaurant if the staff were better educated....
Read moreThis is our second time eating here, the first time was a solid 4 star rating, tonight we were asked if we would like sparkling water or still, we chose Sparkling and were charged $10 without being told that it would cost us, we only noticed when we got the bill, that’s the first slap in the face, the second is when I asked if I would get chips with veggies when I ordered the $34 chicken parmigiana, the answer was yes and I never received any, a new waiter told me that it usually costs extra and the other waiter shouldn’t have said that, to be nice I said how much does it cost, she said $6, I said okay fine, on the bill they charged us $8 for the damn chips. The meal was delicious but $34 for a palmy that size I just can’t agree with, $30 and I would get it every time.
They have some amazing food here but the service was a real let down, $18 should not have been on that bill and this review could have been different.
The service and the price makes it hard to justify coming back which is unfortunate cause I like the food. Maybe try not to have 3 different waiters dealing with one table? It makes it uncomfortable...
Read moreThe worst restaurant I have dined at in so many ways. Never go to all you can eat. They bring you the pizzas 30* minutes after they served you the first one that is no bigger than your hand. The lasagne was pre cooked and reheated in the microwave. You will be wasting your time sitting there waiting for a basic pizza and a precooked side. You will still be left hungry. But what I can’t understand is how this business is still running?! It’s very poorly operated food wise. The waiter and the waiter hide in the kitchen so they can avoid serving you “All You Can eat Pizza”! Honestly the worst restaurant ever! We cut it short, got a portion of our money back and went and got Dominos instead as we also had 3 children with us who were starving, just sitting there while our pizza was not being served. I have a feeling that the people sitting at the front are family members because this business is very empty 98% of the time and I...
