Palm Springs Burleigh — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Recently visited Palm Springs Burleigh for lunch, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We tried their highly recommended Chill Scrabbled Eggs and their popular Tacos, and both dishes exceeded our expectations. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was artful. I can confidently give a 5/5 star rating for the meal.

One thing that impressed me about Palm Springs Burleigh was their seamless ordering process. We were able to conveniently place our order via a QR Code from our table. It was quick and efficient, allowing us to spend more time enjoying the ambiance and less time waiting.

Speaking of ambiance, Palm Springs Burleigh has nailed it when it comes to providing a delightful dining experience. The cafe has an aesthetic look both inside and out. The interior is tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail is evident, with cactus plants adding a touch of natural beauty to the space. The exterior is equally charming, with a stylish facade that catches the eye. It's clear that the owners have put thought into creating a visually appealing environment for their customers.

In addition to the outstanding food and inviting ambiance, Palm Springs Burleigh offers decent prices for their menu items. Considering the quality of the ingredients and the care put into the preparation, the prices are more than reasonable. It's refreshing to find a place where you can enjoy a delicious meal without breaking the bank.

The dine-in service at Palm Springs Burleigh was attentive and friendly. The staff members were knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. They were quick to attend to our needs and made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience...

Super friendly staff, awesome food and an Instagram picture perfect setting…what more could you want?!? Their menu features many different selections of delicious breakfast and lunch foods, from my favourite Bacon & Egg burger with amazing provolone cheese and a chipotle mayo on a tasty milk bun, to a yummy Teriyaki Salmon Rice Bowl, to a succulent Buttermilk Chicken Waffle Burger with Mexican slaw, to mouth-watering Churro Waffles, if your palate is of a more sweeter style. Yes, they are also vegan friendly and would definitely help you out if you had any dietary requirements or allergies. For all those coffee lovers, like myself, you’re in extremely good hands, as they boast talented baristas who churn out the most flavoursome coffee I have ever tasted. They even have a downstairs area if you have a pup that you absolutely cannot leave alone, so there’s no excuses for you not to go. From the moment you step into the cafe, staff are there smiling and ready to help you find a table. The experience at Palm Springs really shows how much they actually care about good food and great service to every single customer that walks through their doors. Palm Springs is ultimately a tier above the rest when it comes to checking all the right boxes on how a cafe should present itself, and easily it should be ranked high on your list of cafes to head to, if you haven’t already. It’s somewhere that everyone should visit at least once in their life, though in my case, almost every day...

Did not even realise this was an amazing cafe until Wifey was like “let’s try out this place” @palmspringsburleigh 🥰🥰 . This place has an amazing open feel, along with views from the upper floor out to the Highway & surrounds. Great relaxing feel as soon as you enter, the white decor contrasted with the pale green colour just sets a great chilax vibe! ☀️🤗 . Onto to the food, we ordered: • Teriyaki Salmon Bowl - Teriyaki Salmon, Fried Kale, Brown Rice, Avocado, Seaweed, Pickled Cucumber, Pickled Ginger, Edamame & Kewpie • The Rodriguez Bowl - Roasted Potatoes, Minced Chorizo, Smoked Hamhock, Jalapeños, Red Peppers, Smoked Hollondaise. Topped with Shaved Pecorino & a Fried Egg • Mushroom Toast (one with scrambled eggs, the other with pan seared Salmon) - King Brown, Oyster and Swiss Mushrooms, Caramelised Onion Puree, Pecorino Cheese & Crispy Kale 🤤🤤😍😍 . Everything was mind blowing-ly good. You get to see pictures of the food as you order it but when it comes out looking and smelling even better than those pictures, you know you’ve made the right choice! 👌🏻 . Wifey loved her Rodriguez bowl. The hamhock and potato bits were just so good 👍🏻 . I got one of the Mushroom toasts, mine Ruth the salmon - and it was so perfect too. The salmon was still raw/pink in the middle, seasoned just right with a touch of salt and made the Mushroom toast experience even better 😍🤤 . Needless to say - must visit if you keen on a great cafe with some extensive food options that taste...
