I recently dined at Tide Bar and Kitchen in Miami, and I must say this restaurant has come a long way since it first opened! Located in a beautiful suburb, Tide offers a semi-fine dining Thai experience with a modern vibe and bright lighting that create a welcoming atmosphere.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the service has improved significantly. While there used to be longer wait times when they first opened, my recent visit showed a much quicker and more efficient service. The food was simply amazing and delicious!

I’ve tried a variety of dishes, and the platter for four with seafood stands out as one of the best values on the menu. It offers a bit of everything, perfect for those who love trying different foods. If you're dining with a group of four or more, the platter is my top recommendation. For appetizers, the satay chicken and deep-fried tofu are consistently delicious.

As for drinks, I’m more of a mocktail person, and their tropical punch is a standout—the coconut cream ties everything together beautifully. Lastly, don’t leave without trying the coconut custard dessert! The salty-sweet balance is so addictive, it leaves me craving more every time.

Tide Bar and Kitchen offers a dining experience that beautifully blends flavor, presentation, and ambiance. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable, with a welcoming and attentive staff that enhanced our visit.

We started with the coconut paradise prawns, a delightful appetizer with a perfect balance of sweetness and spice. Each bite was a burst of tropical flavor. The Tom Yum soup followed, providing a harmonious blend of tangy and savory notes, showcasing the freshness of the ingredients.

The main courses, red duck curry and green curry with chicken, were simply outstanding. The red duck curry was rich and aromatic, the duck cooked to tender perfection. The green curry with chicken was equally delightful, its creamy and spicy sauce enveloping succulent pieces of chicken, creating a dish that was both comforting and exciting.

Complementing our meal, the cocktails were equally impressive. Each drink was a perfect concoction, skillfully crafted to complement the food and refresh our palates.

Where to even begin- Tide has honestly made me fall in love with Thai food! All their dishes are absolutely delicious! So fresh & rich in flavour yet not overwhelming- it's just perfect! We have been ordering takeout from Tide at least once a week since they opened- its become our go to place. Today was the first time I actually went in the restaurant. I was locked out of my house and whilst waiting for my boyfriend to come home from golf, I thought I would sit in Tide with a drink and some snacks. The staff were so hospitable and kind, they made me feel so comfortable and at home, such as closing the windows and doors when it was breezy and rainy so I wouldn't get cold, and letting me stay as late as I wanted. The vibes at the restaurant are unmatched with the gorgeous mood lighting and fantastic playlist. I have been watching the staff interacting with all their customers and delivery drivers, and they always go above and beyond. Cannot wait to return to the restaurant for date night!...
