Where do I start… Place run by teenagers who clearly need more training/customer service skills. One of the staff members was on her phone taking selfie’s nearly the entire time we waited (30 mins for two meals and no one else in the store) Told upon ordering that they had no chips. Which is fine because they said we could have onion rings in exchange. BUT my husband asked for the spicy salt seasoning which he didn’t get. The young girls asked if we wanted sauce for them which we didn’t receive. Onion rings were salty as heck Got home and ate through some of my burger to realise the chicken was grey and brown inside (have photos). The portion I did eat taste like pure chemicals. I couldn’t work out if it was the bun or if the plastic wrapper smell had penetrated into the food. Either way it was soooo HORRENDOUS OVERPRICED Should have read the reviews for this place before we went Won’t be back again! I only give one star as that’s the only way to leave a review. But they don’t even deserve that. This order was shocking, when I collected the food I immediately noted the sweet potatoes fries had been left out of the order. So I waited while this was being corrected. I specifically asked that the other food be kept warm, but was blatantly ignored by the very young front counter attendant. So my food got cold.

When we got home with the order (only a 5 min drive), there was an entirely incorrect burger (cheap burger with a patty and cheese only) instead of the double with bacon which was was ordered.

The Pattys on the burgers were burned and the sweet potato chips that they provided were not only undercooked, but tasted a day old and ice cold.

Not to mention by this time all the food was cold as we had to wait for the missed part of the order to be completed.

The shop was run by kids, and between them not one knew what was going on, or seemed to be bothered with service or quality of any sort.

I am a food delivery driver. I arrived at the store and it took 2-3 minutes for the girl to serve me. I said I was there to pick up an order. The girl looked out the back, then asked the three young guys cooking how long it would be, but nobody could find the order. The girl asked to see the order on my phone so I showed her. She kept serving other people and after waiting ten minutes I asked what was happening with my order. The girl said she had found it but it would be about fifteen minutes before it was ready. I told her that was hopeless and walked out. The staff there don't have any customer service skills at all. I have been doing good delivery for two years and 12 months ago I stopped taking orders from this place for the same reason as the incident tonight. Most of the time I have collected orders from there, it is usually a ten to fifteen minute wait at least. Terrible service and I will be telling all my friends not to go there. I...
