Zarraffa's Coffee Olsen Avenue — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Went through drive through as I do when visiting . The Ham & Cheese le crunch was half cold for all parties with me, a total of three . Skinny Cappuccino was cold , tastes yuck and the White Chocolate Coffee fusion was divine ! Staff friendly , service was fast ! But rating low as it not the first time , the food is cold ! The problem when your on the motor way there is no turning back to exchange it ! . 6/2/24: Updating my review and did as you suggested , I returned to sit down for breakfast ! I wanted to write another review but it looks like you have blocked me why??? Honestly this make you look like you have something to hide !!! For some reason it won’t allow me to write a new review !!!!!! I write a review for you to learn from it and improve , if it 3- 5 star no issue if less , it my sense you need to review how you do things !!! Well sat in and ordered the avocado with feta cheese on I believe it was on a gibatta or sourdough with bacon . The other party ordeeed the same ! I had skinny cappuccino’s and the other person had White chocolate fusion ! Coffees never an issue , the breakfast meal was delicious !!!! Except the bacon was not cooked and raw fat ! I have photos in case you think I not being honest ! Again , it my sense training is needed with regards to cooking ( bacon raw not cooked ) or reheating ( last time the food was frozen in parts ) !!!! Again a recommendation or suggestion , re train staff , re cooking , health safety with regards to raw or uncooked food ! Everything was delicious except the bacon it was placed on top and we just removed it ! My colleague did make a complaint and show it to the staff member on the check out ! She offered us free cookies but we just had our breakfast and declined ! I live in Europe and travel world wide and do many reviews ! The location of this Zarraffa's has been handy when running errands after work. It's relatively new and is presented well. They have an outdoor seating area, although it faces parked cars.

I've never been a huge fan of the franchise. They charge you more for a larger size and want to charge you again for the shot, that anywhere else, would be included.

The staff are always friendly, but in a "I'm nice because it's my job" kind of way. There is no above and beyond service or care. The call out your order, and say thanks as they're doing it, and ignore you when you actually grab the coffee. Even if you're the only person in the cafe, dining in, they'll still make you walk up to the counter. It would be nice if they'd go the little bit extra and bring it out.

This isn't a review of this particular location, it's an issue at all Zarraffa's.

The one reason I keep coming back is because they have longer trading hours, and this location is right across from Aldi. I love me...

On 19th Oct 24 we ordered through Drive-in a Thermo Flat White and a Decaf Mocha and a Choc Muffin we were given the drinks but along the road discovered No Muffin found a place to turn around and asked at voice operator to get our Muffin upon moving up to service pick-up was rudely told by another server that you drove away without taking the Muffin as they have to hand out the window the goods ordered we replied it was not given to us , no apology for not giving it to us only to blame us for driving away by that time the Thermo which of course was still hot but however the Mocha in a normal cup was almost cold.
