I was so pleasantly surprised by the delicious pies & pastries I purchased from this bakery, whilst enroute to Cedar Creek. The beef & pepper as well as beef & mushroom pies were beautifully done. The crème of the crop were the Apple Crumble Cinnamon Scrolls and the White Chocolate & Raspberry Hot Cross buns. There were plenty of car parks on site and the staff was very attentive. Staff seem so lovely and sweet, however! The way I see them being treated by a fellow staff member is outrageous, not only have a heard them being screamed at I have also seen this. The lady treating them this way on SEVERAL occasions is an older lady with short grey hair. I felt embarrassed to take my grandchildren to this location and for them to witness this...

Dear owner. I can only recommend to train your staff properly. Second sunday in a row we bought coffee and it was cold. Went back and the kids behind the counter just looked at me.
