The thing about a gourmet burger joint is if the burgers aren't exceptional, there's no point writing a mediocre review IMO to say "It's fine". Main St Market Burger makes a great patty, otherwise I wouldn't be writing this. The burgers are a juicy medium on the inside, a lovely charred caramelized crust on the outside.

My Mexican style burger came with a freshly made guacamole topping to it (and not pre-made or processed guac some places sneak in), and the staff were considerate enough to put the jalapenos on the side. I don't think the corn chips accompanying are necessary and would have preferred an option for chips instead.

Fresh local brizzie beer on tap, ice cold, and milkshakes for the kids

The only gripe I have is I wish there was a pork option on the menu like brisket or pork belly, but I can live with the current menu as long as those beers on tap...

Ordered spicy burger tonight. This is crazy amount of jalapenos. This has just happened again! Who the hell eats this many jalapeños? I love spice and jalapeños but what the hell is this?? That’s 24 pieces of jalapeños on a singular burger! Last time you guys said I should ask to have the jalapeños on the side. This is a joke I pay y’all to make my burger and I’ve never had this problem anywhere before but I’ve had it here twice now out of both recent times I’ve been. Your menu is not a suggestion at all and this isn’t a problem on my end, it’s on yours. Simple as that go eat a burger yourself with 24 pieces of jalapeños on there then tell me you’d be happy after paying $15 for it and being screwed around...
