Carl's Jnr is an American-born restaurant that doesn't disappoint in terms of taste or quality however the experience depends on how your food is delivered and how well it is made. For opening now in Morayfield, it has captured the attention of many with my personal visit today being long lines and slightly higher wait times however the food was made well, tasted fantastic and for the price you pay, the amount is quite decent.

One of the things to take away from Carl's Jnr is that it is hit or miss, sometimes your bun might be hard, or your low-carb lettuce might have some questionable looks/tastes however taking it back, letting them know is always an option and they definitely don't try and make the same mistakes twice with the replacement being decadent and enjoyable.

Overall, the quality so far was on par with what was expected, the order was made to what I requested and was thoroughly enjoyed. If you are looking for an alternative to Hungry Jacks or McDonalds that has that All-American taste and vibe, then Carl's Jnr will more than fit that bill.

Recommended and will continue to order/dine-in, kudos for the opening today and look forward to future orders.

Low-Carb option offered for those who desire it/prefer it. Food is made with care, if there is a mistake, they replace it. The quantity for the price is worth it, especially on their meals. Kid-friendly atmosphere with decent options for children to choose from that they will definitely enjoy however no playground to entertain the children. Was pretty disappointed with my first visit to Carl's junior in Morayfield. My biggest issue was just that I had to wait about 10 minutes in the waiting bay after drive thru and my order was wrong in the end. I had ordered onion rings as a side and it was mistakenly replaced with standard chips. At first I thought maybe they just didn't hear it in the initial order but my burger sticker said "side onion rings". They also neglected to give any sauce with my jalapeno poppers - not a huge deal, but just adds to the disappointment. Burger itself was pretty good, no fault there, although pretty cold by the time it got out to me. Chips were yummy despite me not ordering them! As a side note - the poppers aren't like regular jalapeno poppers. These are more like small cheese balls with essence of jalapeno (in case, like me, you were expecting actual jalapeno poppers). Have ordered before and hasn’t been this bad before. It is truly hit and miss at Morayfield, haven’t been to any other stores. I tried phoning store but getting a busy signal. We ordered two BLT combos one being low carb option, one Hawaiian Chicken burger + medium chips, one chicken fillet burger + medium chips. Total of 4 chips - only 3 were received in the bags. I was charged for 4 though. The two chicken burgers were made without any love - they were floppy squashed buns with very little filling. You eat with your eyes - were not inviting to open up the wrapping and see them. The chicken fillet burger could not be eaten, this has been ordered before and was very good in a past order. The chicken on both burgers the chicken was rubbery, it did not seem fresh cooked, more like cooked and in a heating area. The buns were squashed and flat and an additional sauce has been added to the chicken fillet burger that the ingredient list shouldn’t have?? Unsure what it was. Overall very disappointing.
