ordered via uber eats. drivers changed 3+ times due to order not being ready at said times. order arrived in menulog bag (no drama to me but I'm sure the relevant companies would mind) almost 2hrs after placing order (we live just over 5 minutes away, and order kept being delayed) vegetable satay was full of mushroom, I have never seen advertised a satay full of mushroom without being called a mushroom satay but this one's on me for not ringing and clarifying I suppose. Hubby's cubed potato and beef was huge chunks that needed strong cutlery to cut, the non-existent cutlery that we requested wasn't able to do the job for the fact it wasn't included. the taste was not as flavoursome as expected or hoped. the one star however is largely for the fact I bit into hard plastic while eating my coconut rice. not just an edge of your takeaway container plastic (of which ours were all still intact anyway) but thick hard and sharp plastic with a slight plastic film still attached. cut into my gum. one more piece was found as I sifted through before throwing into the bin. thankful however that it was me who got it not the 3yr old or other children also sharing the meal. no ability to send messages or leave reviews on social media pages. but will attempt calling again this evening to let them know. will definitely be sticking to our usual of Zeb Thai for future...
Read moreIf I could give no stars to this restaurant I would. We did their online delivery options direct through their website. They automatically took the $66.00 from our account. After 2 hours of waiting we called the restaurant and they could not find our order. They then said it would be another half an hour. Another hour went by and we tried to call the restaurant 20 times with no answer. When they finally answered they said they couldn't find anyone to deliver our order. After waiting 3 hours we said no we will just get a refund. They refused to give us a refund over the phone and said they will process one in the next couple of days. After the experience we had, you can imagine the loss in trust we had with them at this point. We asked to speak to a manager or the owner and they proceeded to tell us they were too busy to talk to us right now. I do not see any hope in getting our money bCm and they did not go to any lengths to make things right in the end. After all of that we did not relieve any food...
Read moreThis place is not what it used to be. Ownership change. While most at our table of 17 said their meals were ok, (mine was bland). They just kept forgetting to bring the accompying ordered rice pots. They had to be reminded 5 times. My wife and I had to eat ours without our ordered rice as it was getting cold. The waitress didn't even notice. The waitress did not "wake up" after the first compliant. In fact it became clear that if nothing was said, none of the rice orders would have come at any time. RICE SHOULD BE BOUGHT OUT WITH THE ASSOCIATED MEAL! NOT LATER! (Or in this case not at all, repeatedly). It's not rocket science! One of the orders was forgotten altogether, my friend waiting an hour or more and finding others who had ordered later getting their meals, while he was still waiting so he asked, and yes it was forgotten. And no apologies from the waitress for any of it. My chair back broke because of the poor condition of the furniture. My advice? Don't bother. There are better Thai...
