This place is meh, it’s not bad but it’s not good either, the honey soy chicken honestly the texture of it I don’t like and it’s a bit bland. But the sauce of it tho is nice I guess. And as for the sweet and sour dish that my partner ordered I don’t know what meat is in side them it looks like silver side? What ever it is it tastes BAD. It’s flavour is dry and something else I don’t even know how to describe it. But one thing tho about it is the sauce again. I honestly loved the sauce, and as for the stir fry rice if you’re not an onion fan or allergic make sure you do order it without onion, as it is filled with it my partner and I weren’t expecting it to have any onion in it at all. We ordered from here last night through Uber Eats as a rare treat and to give somewhere we hadn’t tried yet a go and Ruby Sun seemed to have a good rating but everyone in the house has been ill in the stomach ever since 🤢 it seemed nice enough but definitely had some questionable meat that after tasting we stopped eating. Everything that was meant to be crispy was mushy which I put down to being delivered but then remembered other places further away we usually order from still manage to get the food to us relatively crispy if it’s meant to be and not absolutely mushy. The beef and vegetables very much have a gravy with them that tastes like the cheap packet stuff. The wontons tasted awful. The meat in the combination fried rice was dried out as though it was being re-warmed up for a second time. The veggies also were still practically raw which was the highlight of the meal. Definitely be going back to our usual places next time and not here again...

Terrible experience, wait staff were so unprofessional and rude. One girl came up to me and said " what do you want " - Not even a hi or hello. Would rather spend my money at McDonald's, they have better service skills. Not a good experience that's for sure, the young girls working here had poor hygiene, some of the food that they were bringing out to the buffet was on their hands ( no gloves ) very disappointed - place felt like it hadn't been cleaned for years!!! Shocking! food was terrible too. Not sure why others are rating this place a 5 star 😒 - I've been in contact with a few people in regards to the lack of hygiene this place has - it should not be serving food with such poor hygiene!
