Crust Pizza Cleveland — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

The abbreviated version. I just spent 10 minutes in store before anyone acknowledged me. Then no answer about when the order would be ready. Person after person being told their pizza is not ready or not even made. Then another 40 minutes waiting to be told there is no chicken left and they cannot make the order. For twenty minutes or so they were telling people this while I waited but no one checked to see if anyone in store waiting was affected by this. We order a couple of times a month and it’s always a drama there. I get they are busy but this is not an isolated event. This store is struggling. Person after person expressed the same issue and the tension kept climbing in the store. I feel for the young kids making the pizzas and the women trying to keep it all together. My question is WHERE IS MANAGEMENT on the busiest night. I walked away without the order to now have to reclaim the payment through customer support. 15/03/2015 UPDATE, was 5 star now a 2 star. 2nd time ordering from crust pizza. Ordered online, arrived 25 minutes later, and was told ready in 5 minutes, which was a lie. 25 minutes later, it was ready. Just tell me the real wait time, and it would be fine. The lamb pizza was nowhere near the quality of the first time I tried it. It was like a completely different pizza/shop. The dough was floppy, tasteless, undercooked, and So Much Oil! Different staff was on and clearly had no idea how to cook a pizza. If I see the two guys that served me the first time, I just might buy it again, but otherwise, Not a chance!

Really Good lamb pizza, first time trying this place and the dough alone is way better then other alternatives so good makes you wonder what IS in the box with the dots? I'm definitely buying from crust pizza again. Can't wait to try...

We order 4 pizza + 2 garlic bread + 1 x 1.25 ltr coke. The first deliver missed the third and fourth pizza. Once we complained direct to crust they re made our pizza with hesitation. On arrival they still missed the coke and all pizzas were cold including the garlics breads we order. The person who answered the phone was very polite and remade the order but the system failed twice and the drivers wanted to take no tea. Over $125.00 for an order and it was not only delivered wrong twice but we never received the right order. Also the mock chicken pizza was very disappointing as the mock chicken was none existent and tasteless. For the price we paid, Crust you need to do better.
