A dreadful inability to deal with a genuine issue which was quite deliberate on their part. A carrier bag full of inedible steak went in the bin first, it was hard and very chewy and then a $140 rib eye fillet steaks ordered for a dinner party. Ordered to be cut uniformly but when got home they were all shapes, sizes and off cuts. I absolutely love this butcher. They have the best meat and I love their organic bacon . Can’t wait to try their organic ham for Christmas.. I used to buy it from alsops English butcher at coorparoo, it was great the first couple of times and then last year it was no different from a woolies or coles ham.. this year, Redlands meat hall ham.... fingers crossed it’s as great as their organic bacon. Ignore the one star reviews who are claiming the customer service is terrible - I've visited this butcher for several years now, and the owners have been nothing but extremely polite and helpful, fairly unique variety of meats too and very good quality - can't even imagine that they would be as rude as these other 'reviewers' are claiming..ah well. Definitely a 9/10 Butcher's place...
