the staff are so beautifully friendly and a pleasure to deal with, so it's difficult to leave this business a poor review. However, this week, the chippies were very different to the ones we have always purchased here! We have been regulars for a little over a year now, and the chips have always been our favourite on the Peninsula. But the new ones are awful... They were thin, hard, stale, and chewy. If I hadn't seen them cooked with my own eyes, I'd be sure they were days old. I had a terrible tummy ache for a few hours after eating only a handful, and the Ibises got the rest. Twice I have made ph orders and they have stuffed the up order..!! 1st time CHEESEBURGER and chips I get hm to find I have CHIP BURGERS and chips seriously wtf !! Used to enjoy the food here however i placed an order with uber eats and half of my food was missing, when calling them they told me that the next time I was to place an order to call them and let them know my name and they will give me a $15 food voucher however I just called in regards to claiming this and they have now told me that they don’t do this (claiming that this was never said and i am lying) and to contact uber.
