Absolutely poor service from the managers. 9 times out of 10 my husband and I have ordered delivery as beachmere only have fish n chips, black at eatery or dominos to chose from. Dominos beachmere make their own rules and abuse the fact that they are 1 of 3 takeaway choices for a whole town... They do NOT follow food safety standards nor care about there customers having waited instore for up to 10 minutes as they are to busy talking or not staffed accordingly nor do they have time management and food safety skills and knowledge to ensure everything is safe to eat for their customers. They get most orders wrong and if a product isn't in stock. This store will happy charge you for things that are out of stock and only offer what is cheaper to replace these items. Everytime I have rang I have spoken to a so called manager of that shift and have been abruptly and arrogantly spoken to by them. Have even been told to run there store if we're not happy with the 40minute wait in a hotbox and a multiple delivery "tracked" that started from the store then on the other end of town which is a further 10 minutes from my location of delivery. Which then brings the hotbox n heat bag time to 50 minutes without it having to travel to my home. Which at that point would of been just over 1 hour since being cooked.
If you dare ask for a refund if you havnt paid through PayPal it can take up to 5 days to get your money back if paid through online orders. Thankfully PayPal have an immediate money return on items that are not forfilled
After 5 years of attempting to give this store multiple chances. I have officially given up! Will never buy from this...

Ordered my meal at 8:01pm and shop closes at 9pm I watched my order get confirmed and cooked then ready in store on the dominoes pizza tracker for estimated delivery at 3:38pm The time was now 9:11pm and I know the store closes at 9 so I made a phone call to be told that the delivery driver was involved in a accident earlier that day and no deliveries could be made, I said why wasn’t I notified and the female on the phone told me she’s too busy making pizzas to make phone calls and let people who got delivery know there pizzas ain’t coming, I was then told I can come collect my meal but it’s been sitting for an hour from being cooked so I demanded a refund. I received full refund but I’m still disgusted this happened as it left me without food as it was too late to choose another takeaway, I have now taken this matter to corporate and the head manager of dominos enterprises to get something done about the terrible staff this store employs and how management lets them get away with...

I’ve been waiting 1 hour and 30 min for our dinner to arrive to feed our family. To be told I’m rude and to be told they would have called “when we had time” had I not have spent 15 min on hold waiting for the phone to be answered, we would still be waiting for dinner at midnight. 3 weeks ago I called and made a complaint on quality with pizzas being consistently undercooked and orders turning up half missing. I have been a weekly customer to this store for over 4 years and I am so livid at the so called customer service. Not once has anyone bothered to apologise, offer compensation or empathy. Absolutely appalling “local”...
