Domino's Pizza Samford — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

We have tried time and again to believe that the service here will get better. From the first time we used them (when they opened) to just a few days ago the service is extremely terrible. On the latest experience, I called ahead to place my order, made the person taking the order repeat it twice to me to clarify what I had ordered plus the pick up time (based on our previous experiences). When went to collect it 40 minutes later, they took payment and then said it had not been started and would be another 15/20 minutes as the person taking the order put the time down incorrectly. Then after the 20 minutes they came back and asked what had been ordered because they had lost the order. They took the payment and lost the order???? When asked to speak with the manager, her first words were I am new here so I do not know what happened. SERIOUSLY??? I could go no but why bother. The owner of this outlet better start paying attention to what they have invested in because the employees really could not give a S&*T. Then what P's me off is that all the time you here "oh young people are just not given a chance" HAHAHAHA now...

We like to have a pizza night every now and then as something fun to do and we have been a regular of this dominoes as they do nice pizzas. However after ordering a pepperoni pizza my two young daughters who only eat this pizza became unwell for 24 hours with food poisoning. It was a public holiday the next day and we tried to call to let them know and naturally we got rid of the pizza. This week I contacted them to inform them of what had happened and the response was completely uncaring for what had happened. I was totally fobbed off and told if I didn’t have a sample of the pizza they won’t do anything about it.

Obviously there was either dirty food handling or bad pepperoni used on the pizza but they didn’t give one hoot. Pretty disappointing. I’m a Health professional myself and to see the lack of regard for clear risk to public health and a lack of empathy for the event was...

Ordered several items, however one of them (the buffalo wings 10x pack) did not arrive. Its happened a few times, but basically we only get oven roasted wings instead of buffalo. After leaving home for the second time and arriving to pick up my replacement, the person over the phone didnt know what buffalo wings are and had 5 hickory bbq wings. I informed her that buffalo is not bbq and she seemed very confused and had to talk to the manager to understand the difference. Perhaps thats why sometimes ive only received oven roasted wings instead of buffalo, is the dominos employees dont actually know what buffalo sauce is in their menu and just gives basic wings.
