Hungry Jack's Burgers Kippa-Ring — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

This is probably the worst HJ’s in the area. I’ve never had a correct order from here. Ever. Even when I’ve just ordered a simple coffee, I’ve ended up getting a mocha instead. Gave it one final try this morning and we won’t be back. None of the items from the breakfast menu that we wanted were available, so we chose different items instead, only for things to be missing (as usual) and having to go back in to get them. Then once we opened the burgers up, they were the wrong items, not even close to what we ordered and the plain cheese toastie we got for our son was the worst part, it was just cold, soggy, white bread with grill marks across it (not even slightly resembling toasted bread) with a huge amount of melted cheese in the middle and it was so gross that I wouldn’t give it to him after I tasted it. The way the food had been thrown into the bag was the funniest thing, it looked like it’d been dropped from a height and then kicked through the drive thru window, the hash browns were more so resembling mashed potato. Where do I start.......Every single time I go to this hungry jacks I drive away pissed off wondering why do I keep going back when I know the service will never improve. Lets start with how poor the "Quality" is

First thing in the morning if you order and have to wait for fresh onion rings to be cooked you expect them to be hot, Not at Kippa-Ring Hungry Jack's they make you wait for crunchy old onion rings that are cold.

Over flowing cups WRECKING MY INTERIOR because when you put your straw in the over filled cup it fountains out the straw and over my interior,

next is reading out your order and then receiving something totally different or missing something

THIS STORE MUST BE MAKING HEAPS WITH ALL THE FREE REPLACEMENT MEALS THEY OFFER, I DONT EVEN WANT THE MEALS TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE I KNOW THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD OR MY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE ORDERING WILL CAUSE ME TO BE PISSED OFF AND CALL UP AND GET THE SAME RESAULT OF BAD SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY FOOD

Went to Hungry Jack’s Kippa-Ring today to pick up an order for Sharon and the experience was absolutely terrible. The way they treat delivery drivers is disrespectful – almost like we are a burden. No confirmation of why we’re there, no checking the order properly. The order was just small chips and nuggets. Nothing else.

I asked about the order twice and kept getting the same careless reply: “We’re still doing it” – even though the order was already packed and sitting there. This isn’t the first time either, the same thing happened yesterday. Staff give rude replies, roll their eyes, and act like we’re asking them for money instead of just doing our job.

If Hungry Jack’s Kippa-Ring hates dealing with delivery drivers or packing orders, maybe they should shut off deliveries on the app instead of treating people like garbage. All staff I spoke to (2–3 of them) had the same attitude. Unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable.
