This food supplier came highly recommended but we didn’t get what we ordered despite getting a message to advise they were charging usan EXTRA $10.90 for 2 Bento Boxes yet we DIDN’T receive Bento boxes. We the then contacted Namu and the response was terrible and they couldn’t care less and suggested we contact Door Dash who quickly gave us a discount on the food price. We offered Namu to give them a chance to redress and even offered to PERSONALLY return the food but demanded a FULL refund but this was passed off and suggested we contact DoorDash. AVOID this food supplier as our experience was abysmal and will NEVER buy FROM here again and have advised the friend who highly recommended them and they said after buying over 30 times here they are also disgusted and embarrassed. What we got was tasty AFTER we reheated as the food was cold when it arrived also. The poor driver from DoorDash apologised profusely saying he had been called back to the store to change our order. The Manager of Namu was ignorant and RUDE when we called to express our disappointment. I cannot rate Namu any lower in my review but STRONGLY urge people to avoid them so you don’t get ripped off like we were.as the price charged by them for the Bento Box was FAR ABOVEthe price of what they supplied. Absolutely the WORST experience I have had ordering food in my TRAVELS and I have travelled extensively around Australia plus overseas. Read moreNot good. Waited 35 mins only to have our starters ,2 plates, taken to the wrong table where the people had just arrived. They ate one plate and then told the Wait staff 10 mins later they didn't order the other plate of starters that had been brought to them.
Then they realized their mistake and brought half our starters, the other plate, from the other people's table to us. Of course we didn't eat them not after sitting on someone else's table for 10mins. That's disgusting. Who knows if they handled them or not or if half their conversation was spat on top. Should have remade them. One plate of our starters was consumed, the other was not, just left on their table, On a separate plate. We were not brought over half consumed food. Read the description accurately. And what do you mean, Nobody matching our description? We didn't give a description of ourselves. Lol
Food was very average for Japanese. We will definitely be avoiding Kumo in the future. Sushi box in caboolture is the place to get Japanese food. 20 times better than Kumo. And your salmon roll fell apart and was lacking ingredients and talent from whoever made it.
AND THIS DID HAPPEN. During the Christmas break. There was no malice just us new to the area trying to find good food and unfortunately coming across your restaurant.

Unfortunately it becomes the worst experience. 2ppl Ordered the salmon lover roll, stir fry beef udon, curry karaage rice bowl. I have no clue how come they made the sushi that cannot hold together and fall apart, taste was not too bad, but also not taste fresh. This was my first time need to used a spoon to eat sushi. Stirfry noodle with beef: I don’t know the beef will be like grilled or pan fried, for me it just like beef got brunt. so dry and bitter, inedible Curry chicken karaage: rice a bit dry, karaage not fresh. I am honestly don’t like to wasting food, if editable I will always finished all the dishes, but I am so sorry that those were terrible.
