I wasn't going to write a review but I'm still in shock.A few weeks ago my house mate Robert Shaxson wrote a very negative review and for good reason.Today I decided to order a couple of pizzas and as soon as I quoted my address the manager started talking about Roberts complaint and then had the nerve to ask me for a favour which was to ask Robert to remove his review as it was damaging the business.I have never heard of this before and that's from someone who has worked in hospitality for over 35 years and after reading other reviews both good and bad the bad ones were no different from Roberts so I thought it was absolutely unprofessional and unfair to single out Robert. Is it common practice with Pizza Hut Morayfield to ask customers to remove reviews because they don't like what they are reading? It's the customers right to write a review if they are not satisfied with the service and if you read back Roberts review his complain was very valid and don't blame the customer for your business being damaged and take some accountability that it's Morayfield Pizza Hut that are doing the damage themselves.Im so angry about this and I can absolutely guarantee that Morayfield Pizza Hut have now lost our business for good but I'm sure they will find some way of...
Read moreWe always get told by friends to âtry Pizza Hutâ âitâs better than dominosâ etc. To be honest, I do actually like their pizzas better than dominoes. However, Morayfeild Pizza Hut have twice stuffed up our orders. First time it was like our order wasnât even there (ordered online) took 30 mins to sort it out, very poor communication, we kept asking if our pizzas were coming, they would disappear out the back and talk to someone, serve a customer and then we would be waiting again, ended up leaving with a refund and went to dominoes. Second time, we got home and realised they gave us the wrong pizza, tried to ring the store, were on hold for 15 mins after speaking to someone who sounded American and said they would connect us to the store, drove to the store (still on hold while driving to the store, hung up once we got to the store). Explained our situation, they took the wrong pizza, gave us the correct pizza and gave us a garlic bread for our trouble. I will go to Pizza Hut because I do enjoy their pizza, but I will not be going to Morayfeild Pizza Hut ever again. Too much...

The Morayfield store took a $179 order that was placed through Menu Log. Documentation through email confirmed that the restaurant had received the order and money was taken from the account.
The order did not show up.
When I called the store on behalf of my dad who is deaf and a pensioner, regarding where the order was. I was met with rudeness and an unhelpful attitude by an employee who claimed the order was not recieved. However, when I offered the actual order no the employee did not want this and proceeded to tell me to take it up with menu log even though i clearly stated that I had documentation that proved they indeed received the order and took the money.
Menu Log has been super helpful and has confirmed the money is with Pizza Hut Morayfield and is now in the process od retrieving these funds. However it is a long process we are starting week 2 and will be another week all because Pizza Hut did not even attempt to look at their records and notice an extra $179.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE try Dominoes never...
