Feeling frustated and very bad after visting this store. The staff are unprofessional. The manager's are not even suitable for kitchen hands. Mcdonalds is big brand but I dont know why they dont provide professional staff.
Even small family owned business is far better in provinding excellent customer service. Mcdonalds stocks are soaring year on year but the ratings of the store is going down day by day.
I suggest Mcdonalds company authorities to look at their stores ratings and reviews any try to improve it especially with the unprofessional staff they are not meant to be work in this big brand.
They are many genuinely working people looking for the employment give them opportunity to work. ( Not this kind of unprofessional staff).
Once I visited the store when some head office guy is coming for inspection. At that time the store pretend to be very good with good customer service just only for few hours with more staff and proper uniform.
I felt like it's a movie shooting which is unreal just for creating the scene and cheating the authorities.
I hope you understand my opinion, mcdonalds stores have 'n' number of surveillance cameras but you wont watch them how your staff members are working during their shifts and also about their hygiene then what is the use of spending money on those surveillance cameras??
Points I noticed during visit to many mcdonalds stores near me.
Unprofessional staff
No name badge for staff including managers
No cap during preparing food.
Not washing hands after sweeping and moping the floor.
Not changing the gloves frequently
Touching their pants with gloves to wipe of the sauce or dirt on the glove.
7.Not following the hygiene practices and food safety.
Not caring the customers , rude behaviour, arguments.
No proper staff during the peak hours
10.untrained school kids with no proper knowledge of handling the customers.
I hope that you read my message and make improvements to your stores and keep rising with good standards.

Read moreMy partner and I ordered some fries and a cheeseburger tonight through the drive through expecting the cheeseburger to be around the $2 mark but was going to be charged $4.35 or so because they said that “it’s only that price if you use the code through the app” so he politely asked if he could possibly change the cheeseburger for a hamburger and if they could add cheese for 70c. The girl at the drive through window proceeded to walk away from the window and into the kitchen and voices could be heard from outside the window since she left the window fully open for us to hear. They were scoffing and shouting “are you KIDDING ME!?”. We were then asked to drive up to the next window where we collected our bag of food. We thought to check the hamburger with added cheese for 70c because it had seemed like they had caused quite a fuss in the kitchen over it. We were absolutely disgusted to find that the kitchen staff at the time had packaged our hamburger smooshed flat, upside down and with a single slab of cheese ON TOP OF THE BUN. My partner was shaking and on the verge of tears as he had never been treated so rudely. We both work minimum wage jobs and are young people just trying to save money like everyone else. I think this was highly petty and completely unacceptable. My partner did not even want to eat the burger because of how disgusting it looked and so we returned it to the counter silently as we did not want to cause a fuss or confrontation with the staff. Read moreVery disappointed at the lack of direction while under renovations. I’ve been a regular to the store for as long as I can remember. Usually to and from work to get a coffee. When the renovations started I didn’t know about it and drove my usual was to work (which is a long journey) As it’s a long journey as a shift work I use it as a break for road safety. I found the store closed, no signs no nothing. I thought it had closed down. Social media eventually revealed it was open, and this morning on the way home from night shift I dropped in. At first I thought it was closed, then noticed a Mac Donald’s employee walking in. I then spotted a small sign saying drive through was open. As for the last over 10 years I placed my order and proceeded to the last window. And know one came. I parked my car, and tried to find my way into the store. Still no service I called the store using my phone, and explained I had been waiting a long time. And wanted my order. I told them I was waiting at the delivery pickup counter. I explained to the on duty manager About the poor lack of directions it was like a response “who gives a #uck” although that was not said. I don’t know about everyone else but I have supported this store for an awfully long time. All I wanted was my order, and to get home after a long night shift.
