So, I am always a little sceptical about these "main steam" franchisees when it comes to eating out for breakfast. But can I say this is the second Coffee Club I have frequented, and both times I have been pleasantly surprised. You can order from the table (which I prefer) and there are a huge range of options, add-ons and adjustments you can do to your order. It is really a well designed and functional online ordering system. Drinks come out within a matter of minutes, and the food is often not too far behind. The presentation and freshness is great, but the taste is even better. Simply superb. Atmosphere can be a little crowded as they try and get as many tables in as they can. But, it is clean and the staff are super observant to removing dishes and cleaning tables as soon as they vacate. Overall, a really enjoyable breakfast and pleasant experience. Bruchetta and Veg Big Breakfast acquired. Extremely generous in size.... be warned. 😁

Would not rave about the breakfast, don't think we would order again. I would have liked a Balsamic Glaze on my feta & avocado. The Eggs Bene was bland & toast was dry as no butter on the toast. Service was friendly. Might give the lunch a go, but will skip brekky.

Here is the chicken in my buttermilk burger this morning. A lovely fried piece of leather in an $18 burger. Thanks Coffee Club for my first return meal after a year. Thing is. Your staff ignored it when I politely mention it.

I attended CC Victoria Point today and I am disappointed at the lack of customer service and attention to detail. One staff member was not wearing a mask at all while she was behind the counter sorting cutlery today and directing other staff on their duties. She then proceeded to apply deodorant, in full view of customers and did not wash her hands after that. If this lady was a senior member of staff, no wonder the others didn't take care either. The other 2 staff either wore their mask on their mouth or chin. The person preparing my food had her mask on her chin. You need to advice staff that touching your mask to pull it down to drink is fine but they need to wash their hands before putting away clean crockery. I observed the staff for a good half an hour and I don't believe hand washing was a priority. I also attended on Wednesday 12th January. My spinach and feta muffin was microwaved too long which made it too tough to eat. The quality of service has diminished recently which is disappointing. I will not be eating...

So disappointed by our recent visit.. we ordered our breakfast with a lovely staff member, same lady brought out the coffees, again, really great service.. our meals arrived, with the young server advising that the chef didn’t see our instructions on what we wanted until it was too late - (sauce on the side with the eggs Benny) the meal was absolutely covered in sauce which I don’t like as you don’t taste the food, only sauce.. instead of remaking it, she sent it out this way.. we scraped as much off as possible, but it didn’t help.. the worst part was that the young server and chef were watching and laughing at us scraping off the sauce. The lovely lady who cleared our plates asked what we thought - we don’t normally say anything, but I mentioned about how the meal arrived, she too said it should have been remade. I don’t send food back, as the old saying is, if you send it back, you don’t know what the chef has done to the new meal.. we usually go here every Saturday- we have now decided to try Cafe 63...

My husband and i ordered breakfast this morning bacon and egg bagels...after 40 minutes of waiting my husband went and enquired why we hadn't received our order, when others that ordered after us had received theirs. Being an insulin dependant diabetic his blood sugar fell quite low. During his enquiry he asked where our order was and said to the cook that his blood sugar was "f" low and that he needed to have food. He was told that our order had been given to someone else. She was going to commence cooking straight away but his blood sugar level was too low to wait, so we requested a refund and then went elsewhere to get so ething sweet. There was no apology for the mix up but instead was chastised for using the "f" word. Diabetics who are very low on sugar level have little control over their emotions and the "f" word would not have been used in normal circumstances. We are extremely dissapointed with the sunday staff and service. This is the 2nd time we have had poor service...
