I would have given 4 stars if it was not for the disgraceful and rude attitude of older lady serving at the bread and meat section of the counter. I was there with 3 young children who had never had subway before and were taking a while to decide what they would like and I said to waiting customers that they could go first as not to hold them up. Ordered my regular tuna foot long, Now it tasted pretty good the ingredients tasted in par with other subways that I have been to, however the bread I hod seemed to be way undercooked and was to soft. This caused all of the ingredients to fall out making the foot long unnecessarily soggy. Next time you guys should check if it is cooked enough in the oven before serving your customers. Haven’t ordered here in more than 6 months as a colleague received a mouldy wrap which turned me off for a long time. Decided to order myself a subway through their app. Staff mustn’t have read my collection time as my toasted subway was cold when I received it. I chose the meal deal option and was given the wrong drink and cookie. Not sure if staff can’t read and this is why I had so many mistakes...
