Visited newly named Beryl's Cafe with my two young children for lunch. My toddler was served a babychino in a large cup and saucer by the teenage barista, making it very challenging for her to drink. When my daughter spilled some of her drink on the table, a staff member ignored it and walked back into the kitchen. I cleaned up her mess with wipes. Her order was remade when I asked for a takeaway cup to pour it in. The chicken schnitzel on my burger was burnt and dry. I ate the rest of the burger and the chips. The vanilla slice and vanilla chai were nice. No toilet is available for customers. I hurriedly finished my meal and used the park's facilities. Food was underwhelming, service needs improvement, and premises lacked atmosphere. It's a shame as I used to frequent this cafe when I lived in town...
