What a pleasant surprise this restaurant was - just passing through on our travels and saw this restaurant in the town. We were made to feel welcome by friendly staff as soon as we walked in. Adam came over and took our order and had a chat and our food came out promptly - from the entree to the main meals the food was delicious and spices "just the way we like it". The ambience of the restaurant was very cosy and welcoming and we also met New (Adam's wife) who is the chef - a delightful couple with a great business in this little town. We probably won't be back as we come from Qld, but we can definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone passing thru - the locals know about it - it was very busy last night. Hi . I visited this restaurant about a year ago . The food and ambience was amazing. The owner was both funny and a great host. There were four of us and we couldn’t wait for a return visit . So on our return this weekend we found the food to be just as nice and the owner and waitress were more than accommodating. I did have a couple of small complaints which is I didn’t like sitting outside as inside is so well decorated,it didn’t have the same feeling outside. We will definitely be going back at some stage and will sit inside. Thank you Adam and team .

Finally decided to call in on the highest recommendation of friends. The experience didn't live up to our friends recommendations as by far SO MUCH BETTER!!! I never eaten as authentic, flavoursome and fresh Thai before anywhere and I have been to a number of Thai restaurants in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley plus other cities in Australia. A number of those restaurants are great but Thai to You just has that something extra about it that the others are lacking in my personal opinion. I cannot recommend Thai to You highly enough.
