Domino's Pizza Gunnedah — Restaurant in Gunnedah

We placed an order last night Wednesday 22nd May, at 539pm we recieved our confirmation email and an arrival time of 559-617pm. At 645pm my partner called to fond out what was going on. This was a $43 order and a children's birthday dinner ordered in ample time to have dinner for kids. We were told they were very busy and it was about to go in the oven now - over an hour after being ordered?. We weren't contacted to be told there was an issue. When asked further questions we were told it was again about to go in the oven. We asked for a full refund and proof of refund, after being put on hold and sat there for over 10mins the phone call was disconnected. We still have no proof of refund for the $43 but this is also the last time we try Gunnedah Domino's when every other time has been an issue also.

We appreciate that you could be busy, and very likely are understaffed but it's not that hard to contact customers to let them know hey look your orders going to be late, we would of made other arrangements for the children's birthday dinner...

Definately would never order from this store again. Order a delivery, which turned up on time, however, I saw the car pull up through a window. As I opened the front door up, some 2 minutes later, the car drove off. I called the store up, asked to talk to a manager, who apologised and said a fresh order would be made and delivered. Not more than 5 minutes later, my freshly made pizzas arrived. Same car that didn't even make the effort to get out and ring the door bell previously. This guy smelt worse than burnt diapers. I wouldn't accept $1,000 off him, let alone food. On top of this, the promised delivery turns up 1hr 15 later, after I'd gone elsewhere to arrange clean food. This manager couldn't order a root in a brother. If you come to Gunnedah, I'd recommend just cooking toast if you can't be bothered cooking, because the youth in this town are...

needs someone working on the ordering desk/phone for the company,took 4x's to take the order,3x's to give name and address for delivery,1/2 hr later goodly delivery person was v good .for once in about 4 orders (every now and again) tonight was the first time correct.who ever the manager is open the pocket get decent staff instead of child labour and train the young ones properly for the future of gunnedeh etc or domino's won't...
