Ordered on the app at 5.30, the app said the order would be ready at 5.50. I walked in at 5.52 and the 3 younger staff had done nothing with the order except printed it, sat it on the counter and marked it as completed in the app. The male staff member (who should have been wearing something to secure his long blonde hair back from flapping around on his face, he had no hat, no hair net, hair not tied back) was only really concerned with making a joke of how much sauce he could pile on top of the other staff member’s meal he was making for her whilst she laughed about it. She then went and sat down to eat while I had to wait for him to then START making my order. Also want to make mention of the fact that I ordered 6 pack of cookies, and there was none left so I was given a refund but the customer before me who entered the store at 5.51pm, bought two boxes of cookies (no sandwiches, just cookies). So if the order had of been started at 5.30 or even 5.35pm, we would have got our full order including cookies. Not the experience you want when you’ve been driving for 6hrs and have another 2hrs to go. We used the pre-order through the app for a reason, so we could receive our order in a timely manner and keep driving. We drive through the area regularly and won’t bother with Subway again if this is the below average...

Waited in line and then until my order was finished for well over an hour, my turn was finally up kept having to repeat my order to the boy, didn’t know how to use anything and the girl was not helping him instead just walking around. I then went to pay and price was nearly nearly $15 more than I expected it to be so I questioned it was told it was right, returned to car to find the subs were uneatable due to the chicken being stone cold and bred soggy. Checked the order on the app because I wasn’t convinced about the price and yep was $10+ more expensive in store then on the app when I returned into the store they said that they didn’t have certain options that the app does so they have to charge items for different prices so lesson learnt ALWAYS USE THE APP! Lea spoke extremely rudely to the 15 customers waiting in line as well as throwing materials and food. 3 staff members were seen however only 2 of them were helping the customers. These 2 women had no conversational skills or helpfulness about them and were constantly arguing and sticking to one specific job, meaning nothing got done in a timely manner.
