Asked for a ham and salad sandwich and they plastered the ham with pepper. After asking the lady to remove some of the pepper, she proceeded to make another and a male came over and abused us - absolutely wicked customer service given our request was quite simple. FURTHERMORE they do not use gloves when making sandwiches. Give this place a wide berth.

Edit Response Not surprised that there wasn’t an apology in your response and you should make good and not make excuses. The bread was handled with bear hands (only the meat and salad was applied with tongs). You are putting the sandwiches together and it is your responsibility to add all the ingredients with an appropriate amount of condiments. There was an option to shake or scrape off the excessive pepper but that easy option...

If you’re not in the mines forget it. I went in last week and got a kranksky four $4. Decent price but asked for it on a bread roll and it came to $8. Expensive bun. Thought I would give them another go a week later and saw they were open from 3am but at 3.30am no hot food available. I suppose there’s no other choice in town...
