Unbelievably rude and terrible customer service!

I try to order through the app, it says no pick up available, only delivery?

I then go to the drive through and try to order a deal from the app, I get told they won’t let me order that as it can only be ordered through the app.

They tell me I have to try the website. So I’m stuck in the drive through line and mange to order through the website, I get to the window 5 minutes later and they tell me I now have to go around and que agin in the drive through? Is this a an actual joke?

Staff (lad about 20 odd) continue to argue with me, I tell him the order says I press the notify button when I’m in the drive through cue, that’s what it told me to do. He refuses to make my order and makes me go around the whole drive through again. Another 20 mins cueing in the drive through AGAIN! We finally get the food!

They have messed up our orders via drive through quite a few times, the chips and chicken nuggets don't seem to be fully fried for some reason? Are very sloppy, light colour, never a crunch on it... When I asked for no mayo at all, drove back home, and surprise!! My meal was with mayo full on, so I couldnt have dinner as I'm allergic to mayo.. after such a long day, work, kids, and when you can't really use your kitchen because its under renovations, its soooo 🙄😟😖😤😡🤬😩😞 you get me?Happened a couple of times now.. But then again, there are times that they do come through. . the chicken nuggets are not very tasty at all. But the rest of the food is tasty and delicious for sure. The staff is not rude nor friendly. They just, are. And that's ok. They are there to take your order and get the job done. I can only talk about the drive through by the way.. perhaps inside the facilities it might...

Went here for the first time heading to the airport to pick someone up, haven't had KFC in years, decided to try a twister again as I used to love them. When they handed me the twister I almost laughed, it was the size of those kiddie/snack wraps from Maccas, twisters used to be really large and therefore great value to finish them later on etc. Now if the price of the teeny tiny twister was acceptable, it would be fine and understandable, yet my jaw hit the floor when the girl asked for $10.40. $10.40!?!?! I thought the Hungry Jack's junior whopper for $8.50 was a rip off, but at least those burgers are really tasty and better value for money. My wrap had no salad on it at all either, so my dog in the car got the last half of the baby wrap on the drive to the airport. I think I'll be keeping with H.J from now on I think, or subway, where at least it's really tasty and...
