Betty's Burgers — Restaurant in Hillarys

I was there when they started their first restaurant in Noosa, they hired the nicest employees and cared about the customer service. Betty's burgers are delicious, but the customer service at this particular restaurant was terrible. Got takeaway for our daughter's birthday tonight, because we have little children it's too hard to eat in. They gave us the wrong type of burger and they forgot part of our order and we didn't realise till we were driving away after a long walk back to the car. Went all the way back in, the people working there didn't care that they forgot part of the order, didn't care that it took us a long time to come back to get the rest, then had to wait ages for them to make what they forgot, so all the food was then cold for daughter on her birthday and children were hungry. It was a big inconvenience and they didn't care and didn't even compensate. I am disappointed with the lack of care with customer service, and this restaurant certainly hasn't continued the standard of good service like their original store in Noosa. The chicken strips were seriously tiny and not worth the money at all, wrong and missing items, not worth the money and time for cold food and tiny amounts, especially for a birthday

Edit- Their response to my comment is a lie to make themselves seem like they care. When you contact them they don't respond. Sad they have given into lust and greed rather than actually care about...

I had the pleasure of dining at Betty's Burgers in Whitfords, and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the friendly and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic meal.

The burgers? Absolutely next level! The patties were juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, while the buns were soft and fresh, holding everything together beautifully. I tried the classic cheeseburger, and it was loaded with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of sauce to make every bite mouthwatering.

The sides were equally impressive—crispy fries seasoned to perfection and a generous serving of their creamy dipping sauce that I couldn’t get enough of.

The staff were attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, and the food came out quickly, even though it was busy.

If you're looking for a place that nails the balance between great flavors, a cool vibe, and excellent service, Betty's Burgers in Whitfords is the spot. Highly recommended!
