Breakfast on the beach. Stunning location, near the water at beautiful Longbeach. Sheltered, secluded, sunny, with expansive bay views, makes for relaxing alfresco dining. For cooler climes, indoors offers, a striking ultra modern decor, with ample room to dine. For breakfast from the menu, bacon and eggs and The Large Breakfast, bacon, eggs, tomato, chorizo, mushrooms, spinach, bean mixture, avocado, corn cake and toast. Huge, would satisfy the most voracious appetite. All cooked to perfection, and enjoyable to eat. The Coffee was excellent, up there with the best. I ordered the toasted Cheese, ham and tomato -take away! Horrible, wasn't cooked basically a sandwich, raw bread and tomato. It was extremely busy with only 2 staff serving out the front that obviously didn't want to be there! They were huffing and puffing and were giving off a non approachable vibes.

I was waiting a while to be served so that's fine as they were busy but they didn't acknowledge me in any way.

After ordering, 25 minutes into my wait I was about to just leave but I had already paid.

I go to the Beach House nearly every day for my morning coffee - been going there for years. Sure, it’s not trendy - but I really enjoy their coffee and the service is great, and you don’t pay a fortune for it. Rita’s chocolate and cranberry scones and the amaretti are my favourite treats, The atmosphere is great too- there’s a real community vibe and it’s all hard to beat on a sunny day when you can sit outside and watch the passing parade! Being so close to the beach is another attraction, and they are open till 5.00 every day- another bonus, as most places close at 3.00. I sometimes go there for coffee and a glass of wine in summer, a lovely spot to enjoy...
