I recently had the pleasure of dining at Delhi 5 and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff, setting the tone for the entire meal. The service was impeccable—attentive but never overbearing, with the staff making sure we had everything we needed without interrupting our conversation. The food was absolutely outstanding. Each dish was beautifully presented. From the vibrant curries to the perfectly cooked main courses, it was very enjoyable. The flavors were fresh, and the balance of seasonings was spot-on. The food is great. We enjoyed all of the food. As an ex-pat from England who loves his curry I can honestly say this is the best one I have had in Australia by a good margin. Further (on request) they made them mild enough that Ms 6 and Ms 8 loved them but they also tasted great for the adults. While it was all good, my favourite were the onion bhajys which cooked perfectly and delicious. The restaurant has more of a fast food Cafe feel to it but is was clean and has a toilet. On the subject of toilets no-one had any ill effects from the spices which is always good! Due to a few communication issues it took a while to get plates. Came here on a Friday night and got the following (dine in). Curry and Biryani were offered in Mild/Medium Hot/Extra Hot Butter Chicken Medium Hot (6.5/10)- Very sweet and lack in spices. Not greasy and easy eating but didn't like the overly sweet tone. Small portion for price. Chicken Biryani Medium Hot (7/10)- Again quite sweet in seasoning, medium hot here is definitely hotter than the medium hot on the butter chicken so little bit of inconsistency, not much spices.
