Food was 🫴🔥(Eric the electric reference) elite ball knowledge right there. This place is wood-fired pizza gem nestled just steps away from the shoreline.
From the moment you arrive, the smell of smoky wood fire and freshly baked dough draws you in. The atmosphere is relaxed and beachy, with open-air seating that lets you enjoy the sea breeze and stunning views of the waves crashing just beyond the dunes.
But let’s talk about the pizza — absolutely phenomenal. Each pizza is hand-crafted and cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven, giving the crust that perfect balance of crisp and chew. The ingredients are super fresh and full of flavor — from the tangy house-made tomato sauce to the creamy buffalo mozzarella and locally grown herbs.
I ordered the Margherita and added prosciutto — and it was honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The crust had just the right char, the cheese was melty and rich, and the prosciutto added the perfect salty touch. My friend had the truffle mushroom pizza, and I immediately wished I had ordered that too — earthy, savory, and totally unforgettable.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Service was quick but never rushed — it’s the kind of place where you can linger after your meal with a cold drink, watching the sunset paint the sky.
Whether you’re grabbing a bite after a swim, meeting friends for dinner, or just chasing the ultimate pizza experience, this place delivers every time. It’s more than just a meal — it’s a beachside memory you’ll want to relive again and again.
5/5 stars — A must-visit for pizza lovers and...
Read moreDisappointing and bland are the best ways I would describe this experience.
A supposed 15 minutes wait was almost 30 minutes, which is inexcusable for a single pizza on a quiet and slow afternoon.
Upon entering the store my experience was none the better, the employees chatting away, no care for customer service and completely disrespectful towards both the food and the customer.
Not once was I greeted upon entry or a single smile was shared between.
The cashier who served me couldn’t be more unhappy to be working and was rude and impolite, not a single thank you was exchanged not once again a smile. This was my first initial bad sign.
Upon waiting almost the double time quoted for the pizza I was met with a sad and disappointing looking pepperoni pizza, a simple dish to get right.
It was greasy, extremely oily and the pizza base tasted frozen and had 0 flavour or texture. The whole pizza was just so underwhelming and almost inedible.
Not to mention this pizza costed $22 which is a very steep price for essential some cardboard and a grease stain.
The only redeeming quality would be the beach views and good weather.
2/10 I would not even wish this pizza upon my worst enemy and would definitely not recommend to anyone...
Read more3 yrs ago we visited here during our trip to Hobart. The pizza was so great that we never forgot, and decided to come back this trip. What a disappointment it was tonight. Whilst the BBQ chicken pizza was passable, the vegetarian pizza with semi-dried tomatoes, olives and mozzarella cheese was something out of a horror movie. There was hardly any cheese on the undercooked base and the semi-dried tomatoes were just bits of extremely burnt black things. When I asked the girl taking orders/handing out pizza to customers, if the tomatoes were meant to be this burnt, she rudely replied that semi-dried tomatoes are not burnt, and that they are normally black in colour. Last time I checked, tomatoes are red lol My daughter and I tried a piece each, there was no taste to the pizza except very very salty, so we left the whole thing uneaten. We will never go back, nor recommend to any of...
