It was the worse customer service i have ever experienced. I got a meal which came with chicken i asked if it could be changed to chips instead the person who in charged said yes then walked over to another worker and said who swaps chicken to chips. Then as i didnt know what the cost of it was after i ordered that i ordered small potatoes seperate the trainee took my order he walked over and said to the supervisor what i ordered because they needed to cook them. The supervisor replied why didnt she order it together. Anyway why i was waiting for my food to cook. another customers came in and order half a chicken but no chips the trainee put the chicken in the container and the supervisor told him to move and he put the chips both the trainee and the customer said that they didnt want chips. The supervisor then turned around while there was customers in the store and said I'm sorry my staff are useless then said to the trainee who trained you your pathetic. While the customer was there aplogizing for the inconvenience. The supervisor then told another customer to wait he shouldnt be to long he went out the back and grab a name badge and slammed it down on the counter next to the trainee. Then he tipped the potatoes into the slot. Some spilled out to the side he grabbed the potatoes and threw them on the ground. Then the trainee called my order i asked the trainee if he was okay his face was red. I then left. I really hope something gets done about this. I like to stay away from the larger chains when it comes to fast food so it's nice to send a shout-out to one of the local smaller chains. I've used these guys over the years and have always enjoyed the food. I feel they have some of the best hit chips in the business, tastiest chicken and yummiest gravy.

But on this occasion I'm reviewing their Honey Mustard Chicken burger deal which came with regular chips and a can of soda. The burger was made fresh and the sauce very tasty, the hot chips were more than enough and their regular size is comparable with a large of any of the larger chains so much better value. With the can of soda thrown in the total came in to around $16 which is excellent value. I did uplarge on another occasion and I struggled to finish the meal (and it still came in under $20). I'd be lucky to feel that full for the same price with the larger chains.

The staff were friendly and were very efficient at sorting my order while taken care of other customers.

A girl with tattoos working here put mine and my fiancés order through as two upsized burger meals (what we wanted) but she then gave us an upsized chips and a small chips which isn’t a big deal but I let her know that we ordered and were charged for 2 upsized ones and she then proceeded to take the bag away and slammed the chips back into the tray making a loud bang noise (loud enough to make us both jump) and the whole time she looked extremely ticked off.
