Praties Rosny — Restaurant in Hobart

I went to Praties Rosny Park for the first time and ordered a medium Cheese and Bacon Spud. The menu suggested it included sour cream and coleslaw which I wanted. I didn't ask and it wasn't offered, if that was required. I waited patiently for quite a while then realised others ordering after me were getting their potatoes and leaving. I enquired what was happening to mine as I had ordered it before these customers - the young man serving me asked the other staff who all looked blank, including the girl I gave the order to. He then proceeded to make up the order, handed it to me without an apology or explanation. i came in here today ordering a supreme with extra fill. i received a chunky, microwave tasting order. i tried to see what the potato was like and it tasted off and made me sick. i inquired as to why i received my order the way it was and they offered a replacement?? why would i want to replace an order that you’re going to use the same filling for?? the supervisor was mouthy and not willing to resolve the issue. if a mouldy, microwaved tasting potato with some form of sauce that’s chunky and bland sounds delicious to you, go to praties ROSNY! i’m a frequent customer at derwent park and they’re absolutely wonderful. i suggest you all there. it’s not praties food thats the issue. it’s the specific stores and their...
