Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ipswich City

Never in my life as a customer or employee have I ever experienced or witnessed such disgusting customer service from the so called Owner of Redbank Plains Pizza Hut. Upon arrival staff member were in casual clothes not wearing uniforms or even business attire. No name badges and no greeting whatsoever. Once home and looking at our dinner we realised that they were not the correct bases that we ordered and they were also burnt. We called a number of times to complain to no avail the phone rung out 4 times before getting an answer. The person who answered the phone did not answer nicely or even state their name, when asking to speak to a manager to make a complaint the person shouted out to someone (unknown name) who yelled back that they would deal with it later. Received a call back about 45 minutes later from the ''manager' who did not speak in a professional manner using slang words. We were offered no proper explanation or substitute for the cold burnt and incorrect meal I purchased. We were then hung up on. We attempted to call back to get some answers for the disgusting customer service from the so called 'manager' the phone again run out twice before receiving the same unprofessional answering. Asking the girl what her name was she provided me with her name and then rudely asked well what's yours. We asked to speak with the male manager we had just been hung up on I was not put on hold. He informed me that he was the fanchise owner and felt it necessary to swear and threaten me over the phone. That he would call the police if I ever set foot in his store again. Having been subject to abusive and upset customers in the past I demanded an explanation for him swearing at me as during the conversation I did not swear once. Never is it appropriate to swear at a client!! I have never once experienced such dispicable and from a so called business owner. Redbank plains town square should be embarrassed to support such bullies and disgraceful people! Please do not support this business by tolerating this behaviour if I could give a review...

Absolutely disgusting service. As we entered the shop the staff were not wearing uniforms nor did they greet us open arrival. The pizzas were cold and bases were burnt and just below quality. I called to complain and the so called manager did not even want to talk to me and then I was told he would call me back. 45 minutes later I received a call in which I was hung up on and offered no proper subsidy for the disgusting meal I purchased. Unsatisfised and unimpressed with the service, we called back only to be sworn at and threatened. We were informed that this was in fact the owner of the franchise and he guaranteed us that if we step foot back in this shop he would call the police on us. Never in my entire life have I experienced such enraging customer service especially from a so called business owner. Swearing at and threatening customers is absolutely intolerable and disgusting behaviour. Redbank Plains should be ashamed to support such a disgraceful business. Please do not support this incriminating behaviour displayed by the individuals at Pizza Hut...

Every week me and the misses order 1$ wings Wednesday, its the only delivery we order. Our ritual is to place an order have a root then a feast. Without fail every week the "Leave at the door" instruction is ignored and we get calls. So we muted our phones, now we get loud knocking on our door, tonight for about 20 minutes someone stood and knocked.

I can't finish and neither can she.

Next time your drivers ignore the instructions, I swear I'm answering the door as naked as the day I was born.

Seriously we love your food but when you ask how to deliver and we tell you and you ignore it...... what's the point.

Fail again and we will sadly and BEGRUNDGINLY go...
