Look, my Mum picked up the pizza so I don't know about service or atmosphere in person.
However, their website was easy to use and lets you pre order (they open at 4:30). They had a good selection of pizzas and it seems like their deals don't shift around too much so you can rely on them.
We got the value special deal or whatever - 1.25L drink, Lge Supreme, and a garlic bread. I think it was around $25, in any case it was very reasonable and about what Dominos comes to most days anyway if you don't scrape the barrel. We don't live in the days of Dominos Cheaper Tuesdays at $4.90 a pizza. I don't hasten to compare them besides the fact I imagine that they are consistent, and usually when I think of Dominos I'm trying to get as many calories per dollar as possible. To be competitive on cost with a chain like that is notable in my opinion.
I found the quality quite good - it had been ten minutes or so by the time I tried it. I don't know that Supreme is necessarily a good topping to base a pizza on, but it had a good variety (shrimp in lieu of anchovies, optional, $2). We got the regular crust and it was also quite good for that style of base (similar to a Domino's- really they're not comparable on this basis, in a good way).
Of particular note for me was that I have a sensitive stomach and found that despite the toppings containing some irritants of mine (which was fine, I didn't ask for them to be removed), I had no discomfort, which I attribute potentially to the flour used for the bases.
Overall it seems like a high degree of care and attention has been given by those working here, and their reputation very much precedes them - this is allegedly, 'the place' to get pizza in Springfield/Redbank and surrounds.
I've just moved to the area but I can't recommend enough to at least give them a shot...
Read moreIn the past week, I have ordered pizza from two stores. The first store had a clearly higher online rating than Topdog Pizza however the pizza from Topdog was clearly superior. I ordered half 'n' half, meat lovers and reef and beef. Good pizza but I recommend pick up and not delivery. Topdogs online delivery platform needs some work. If you like pizza and you live in the Redbank/Collingwood Park area, you should try it. Adding more details about the online delivery process. You can't track the progress of your order. We just got an order confirmation page and time that the pizza would arrive. No order confirmation sent to our mobile number. We called Topdog when the pizza hadn't arrived on time. We were told it would arrive any second, it was at least another 10 mins before we got it, We live 5 mins from the store. There is an order progress webpage it just wasn't doing anything and was stuck on the order received. Again, very good pizza, I would pick up next time, maybe our delivery experience was not the norm. Overall though, I am impressed with Topdog Pizza and have only gone into the store's delivery process at the request...
Read moreThe filth I heard from a staff member last night while doing my washing at the laundromat next door was absolute disgusting. A white male telling a black male to go back to his country while he too was a foreigner of this land baffles me. There is absolutely no reason why you need to speak to another human being like that, especially over a car park. It is so disappointing to witness, especially with young children within ears shot. Please do better.
In response to the below: You have not been honest. There is camera footage inside the laundromat and at least 4 other people there not including people inside their cars who saw and heard you mate. You followed that male into the laundromat and there is no sign on that car park, I deliberately checked myself. Anyways, your dishonesty has truly shown your character. All the best. I hope you do not cross the wrong person...
