Dear Reader,

On a nice sunny cool day, I was looking for a feed, then I stumbled across the holy grail, sunshine kebabs west Ipswich, I walked in and almost collapsed to the amazing smell of heaven itself. I was immediately blown away with the vibe this store gave me, I felt l was apart of the family and belonged in that store, I was met by a loving man who was the owner, he greeted me and asked what I wanted very politely. Suddenly, I saw the man making another order for an uber, I thought I had found my reason to live. I'm telling ya this piece of food was the greatest thing since sliced bread. I followed up by ordering what I had just witnessed, which was a snack pack. He started to make my food straight away and I could tell that it was being made with love and care. (Just the way my mum used to cook. R.I.P). Once my food was prepared and laid in front of my beady eyes, I paid without even looking at the price, which I found out later was around $20 for a large portion. I sat at one of the cleanest tables ever and opened the holy grail to find the greatest site of food. I took a bite with the complementary cutlery provided and boy, it's hard to even explain what rushed through my body. The taste went everywhere and I went into a state of shock where I couldn't move and was just stuck enjoying the flavour explosion in my mouth. Before I had even realised I had demolished the entire feast, I still felt amazing too, the food wasn't even that greasy. I stood up, looked around at this amazing establishment and shed a tear, because this whole experience was so heart-warming (mainly because of the care taken with the food preparations, again R.I.P mum). I hope this review finds you and finds you well, I also hope it inspires you to visit this amazing store and experience the greatest service, food and taste you will ever receive.

I highly recommend Sunshine Kebabs in West Ipswich, I have been a customer here ever since they opened and their food is mouth watering delicious, their hospitality is very friendly and welcoming.

I'd also like to make special mention that my son has anaphylaxis & severe allergies and they take great care when making his food.

UPDATE- the above was 3yrs ago and today 17/4/25. After today I will never go back and WILL ACTIVELY recommend people stay away from here. Food has become more than often, cold & shrinking portions of meat. And the customer service today was pathetic. Asked for a refund because they put the equivalent amount of meat for 1 kabab, spread across 3 kebabs and when I asked for a refund, the manager said no because it wasn’t a good reason!...

Terrible poor service and respect by staff for delivery drivers. No professionalism at all . This is the only store I found many delivery drivers waiting for orders for 20-30 minutes. Staff members just accept delivery requests when they cannot manage those. Management needs to have significant attention as your customers getting delayed after they make delivery requests. If you are not ready to prepare the order at the agreed pick-up time please don't accept orders. Please go for a proper delivery preparation training with UBER / Doordash and Menulog. They will explain how to prepare orders on time after accepting requests. Your customers get disappointed after a late drop-off . This will definitely negatively impact your...
