Avoid this particular IGA Supermarket at all costs! The old friendly Aussie service, honesty, respect, values and manners, have all long gone from this particular IGA Supermarket! The staff at this particular IGA Supermarket, have zero personality! To add insult to injury, this particular IGA supermarket had the gall to sell us old meat and we got sick. The old meat we had purchased from this IGA supermarket, was still within the use by date period. The old meat that we had purchased from this IGA supermarket at a premium price, was not fit for human consumption. Soon after purchasing, cooking and consuming the old meat from this IGA supermarket, we were stricken down with both nausea and diarrhea! The next Day, I phoned the IGA supermarket to complain about the old meat we had purchased there, after contracting nausea and diarrhea. The young girl who had answered the phone at the IGA supermarket, spoke to me in a foreign language, so I terminated the phone call. There are obviously no people skills, no service skills, no retail skills, no food handling and hygiene practices and procedures skills in place at this particular IGA supermarket. This IGA Supermarket used to be a great supermarket and it was always a pleasure to shop there, until about a year ago. Then suddenly, this whole IGA Supermarket went down hill at a rapid rate. This IGA Supermarket is so disorganized and dysfunctional! Metcash needs to carefully review, examine and fully reassess their whole franchise protocol practices of who Metcash select and allow to purchase and manage IGA supermarkets! It's an appalling look for the IGA Brand! We told all of our friends about our experience, thus they won't and we won't be ever going back to that particular IGA...

Wow is all i can say your customer service on sunday the 10/12/23 was more then appalling my partner went in to purchase items was a witness to 2 customers stealing from your shop was also a witness to 3 workers having a chat at the back of the store while the line was for service was back up past the deli he informed that the one person serving had to yell out for help with service thats disgusting.. we got the rego make and model of the car of the people that stole from your store rang straight away to give details and was spoken to so rudely by whoever the staff member was that answered the phone quote " we are well aware of the people that stole thanks and went to hang up i said i have the rego details if you would like them replied with can i have them i responded with well i dont know now seeing as you are so blantatly rude and disgusting i said no ill ring tomorrow and give them to your manager ! Whoever you were (female) that answered the call i suggest you find another job quick smart maybe not in retail or customer service clearly you dont know how to be polite nor do you have manners respect or and...

This is a great, average sized, IGA. NOT a large store, but bigger than an average corner store with MUCH cheaper prices than one too. This particular IGA is always fairly priced. Even better priced & quality than other big named stores. Their ham is always tastier & fresher than any other place ive been. Staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. Its convenient for a quick stop in for anything from snacks to meals for a quick feed or simply buy your groceries.. I cant give a full 5 stars though, sadly.. i take a small part of the last star because you guys changed suppliers of you hot fast food and got rid of the mini dim sims!!! Ohh i loved them so much lol!! Bring back the mini dim sim, pretty...
