What an awesome find this place was! We enjoyed bacon and eggs, pancakes and waffles all whilst sitting beside the beautiful open fireplace. The service is super friendly and obliging and the food servings are generous. The cafe is co located next to the actual train station and we managed a parking spot right at the front so it’s very easy to access with no stairs for anyone with a limited ability. Lovely setting for a cafe within the historic railway building. Went there for breakfast and was not disappointed with the food, good fare and well presented. As with many places these days, they were unfortunately under-staffed and this seemed to cause the serving staff to be a bit stressed. Note that the cafe is not open on weekends, though curiously there are 'cafe open' signs permanently posted in the entry to the carpark and outside...
