We tried the hot honey chicken from other store, we live in kelmscott so we tried to order it again but first time we order it last Tuesday 14th it was cold as chicken, and dry inside, we ended up just throwing half of it in the bin. Today we ordered it again to give them another chance, this time we called in that we wanted everything fresh, told us to come 25mins, when we come in and pick it up they told us that they just started cooking the chicken and end up waiting another 20mins, when we open the food, the chicken wasn't even hot, doesn't even look juicy like it actually came out of the fryer, chips is cold, and chicken is dry. It looked like old chicken then deep fry again to make it look like "fresh", skin isn't crispy like what "fresh cook" chicken should look like, skin is chewy. Absolutely a shamble to order online from. My entire family went without a decent dinner tonight due to the restaurant’s technical issue and found themselves eating 2min noodles instead of the $80 + dollars we spent on the treat meal. I was advised my refund would be refunded in approximately 7 days by Doordash for the bother which obviously doesn’t matter to any normal family made of millions, then to top off the insult the store was not concerned and not contactable by the registered number. Wife went in to order 8 chicken and chips with a mix with leg and wings. She was refused to order that as they said they won’t cut up more than 1 chicken at a time. She even asked if she could order and pay separately so she could get what people had asked for and was again told no by the staff as they new it would all be still going to the wife’s original request. Very disappointed and I would have thought they would welcome a large order. Wife didn’t even get a chance to add the sinks and the rest of what she wanted to order.
