Honestly, our experience was extremely disappointing, and it felt like a complete waste of money. The service area lacked proper ventilation, causing the kitchen smoke to permeate the entire place.

The food quality was below average, particularly the poached eggs on my plate. One of them was overcooked, with a hard yolk, while the other was undercooked, with runny whites. When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, they promised to bring a replacement, but after waiting for 20 minutes, we had to remind them about it, only to be told it was "on the way." their response was unapologetic. So we left there as it seemed there is no eggs on the way! This lack of professionalism and poor customer service left us feeling unsatisfied.

Even the coffee was terrible, to the point that we couldn't bear to drink it. In the end, we decided to leave the coffee and purchase a better one from a different cafe. Interestingly, there were plenty of other coffee shops in the area offering more enjoyable options.

In conclusion, I regret to say that we had a thoroughly unpleasant experience at this place. The combination of poor food, inadequate service, and terrible coffee left us with a negative impression overall. We hope that they can address these issues and improve their offerings for...

Busy cafe - disappointing. The goods and the bads. Atmosphere was light and airy and welcoming. Arrived at counter to order and first thing I noticed was the state of the coffee making area - the barista was working in a mess and I thought at this point that I should leave. I wish I had. Coffees came out quickly and they weren't too bad, would have liked a little hotter but couldn't complain. Back at the table, the table water was sitting open on the table..hmmm. Asked for a fresh water and it was simply taken from a shelf off to the side where all the rest of the tepid water was sitting open and without lids. Mmm...yummy...not. We ordered a pulled pork burger and chips and weren't that hungry so we shared it. The order arrived and it was no bigger than a McDonalds cheeseburger and could've been mistaken for a kids meal. At $20 it was definitely not worth the cost. 2 bites later the burger was down and we filled ourselves up on the unseasoned chips. Salt? Nope, no salt on the table just pepper and sugar. Table next to us was not wiped clean before new diners occupied the table. Needless to say, we were less than impressed with the experience and as another reviewer mentioned, we wish we'd read the reviews before and not after we entered the cafe. We won't be back...

We called in here at 3:30 this afternoon and told we’d have to have our tea in a takeaway cup because they close at 4:00. And they had started washing up all the cups(WTF)

Our hot drink arrived in cardboard cups tea with milk. We had to send one back as it had too much milk than our preference. We tried to enjoy our hot drink despite this barbarian style service. Next thing they started stacking chairs on spare tables all around us. Quite a few tables were still occupied. Then an employee started sweeping the dirty floor. Whipping up dust everywhere. By this time it was only 3:40pm. A steady stream of customers coming in buying take-out Coffees in cardboard cups but as we were seated, we were made to feel extremely uncomfortable. I cannot recall ever being made to feel so uncomfortable we felt we had to bolt our hot drinks because the staff didn’t want to do overtime. What a rude bunch of staff. You won’t ever see me...
