News Cafe on David — Restaurant in Launceston

Most expensive Cafe I've ever entered. Rolls and sandwiches did not look appealing, nor worth their $9.60 or so price tag with seemingly hardly any fillings. Little square servings of Raspberry Cheesecake looked okay, but not for $9.80!! Almond milk +$1, large Latte being $7.50 and just done in a takeaway cup without being asked. Did not enjoy my latte, nor food I hungrily viewed in glass case. I'm surprised it remains open with items available at the prices they are. Not to my liking or standards. whatsoever.

Ignore the older reviews because the new operators are much better & it's not a rip off now. The lazy waitresses have left, glad to say. The menus isn't huge but good for a light kunch or arvo tea.
