Kiosk Lennox Head — Restaurant in Lennox Head

We have been coming to this Kiosk since forever. Every time we visit Lennox or Ballina. Had this time an absolute shocking experience. The staff/ young lady that day was absolutely horrible. First she didn’t greet us, didn’t even look at me, then she kept interrupting me, I didn’t have the feeling she got my whole order. Came across very rude. Then when we got our coffees they were all wrong. So I went back and ask to please give me what I have ordered and she gave me a look and rolled her eyes on me. ????? And then she stuffed up my order again: I told her that I will now take my coffee although it’s wrong AGAIN and that I don’t appreciate her being so unfriendly. Perhaps the manager should explain to the staff that they are paid by the customers at the end of the day. I think they are a lot of people who would like to work without an attitude. Absolutely disgusting. That was for sure the last time we went there. We live in Noosa so we know how exhausting tourism can be however that doesn’t justify behaviour and attitude like that. My friends and I were visiting Lennox caravan park for 3 days so this would have been our coffee go to place however that fell apart after the first day. Arrived just before 7am to find the coffee shop being setup very slowly by someone who seemed very disinterested. We weren't the only people waiting. My friend asked if the coffee shop would be opening at 7 to be told the chef had not turned up and it would open soon. 7:10 still being setup very slowly. My friend went up the counter as it appeared we could order coffee however the disinterested person had not tried to engage with the waiting customers. She tried to order coffee to be told please wait and the man setting up disappeared never to be seen again as we left along with everyone else waiting. I know the chef not turning up is not great but at least have your act together to get the coffee machine going. Clearly they can afford to lose money. Kiosk Lennox Head Review

Kiosk Lennox Head is an absolute gem! I visited in November on the recommendation of my tour guide, and it did not disappoint. The food was not only delicious but also had fantastic gluten-free options, which was such a treat.
